Central Apartment Brasov    

Apartment was awesome, just right for me and two of my friends. Nothing was missing. Location in the absolute city centre, in the historic building, famous Strada Sfori next to the door. Modern and comfortable furniture. Everything you need. Thanks for great staying.

Spacious villa for a great price. Location is a little remote, but with the help of the staff and the low taxi rates not really an issue. Staff was really helpful and entertaining

An incident that must have appeared a few days earlier left a slight smell of cat pee in the house. Not really a big deal though

No Internet, despite it being advertised as such. We paid 6 EUR for internet and were only refunded 20 RON (4.63 EUR). We were lent a USB modem but it did not work either. Had we known there was no internet, we would not have stayed. There is no water kettle. There is a very bright light just outside the window and no dark shades on the window.

The location is absolutely wonderful. Less than 1 minute to Sfatului Square, being right next to Sforii St (the 3rd narrowest street in Europe).

The shower did not have any curtains. The windows in our room did not have any drapes or blinds, and at night that is quite a problem.

The location is great. Right next to 'Biserica Neagra' and "Piata Sfatului"

The heating system was very noisy and it always dies when you take a shower giving you a true cold one. No towels provided. The only window was to a back alley and on the first night the makeshit curtains broke. Nobody came to fix it. All in all a bad value for money. There are way better alternatives.

Clean, tidy spacious apartment, great location, excellent value for money, free wi-fi, great host. Will definitely use again if i visit Brasov again.

Only small complaint, the TV reception was intermittent. Nothing else.

Lovely apartments, modern and really comfortable. Super warm, everything you'd need for a great stay. The staff were really helpful as well. I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Brasov. We had the studio for 2 and the apartment for 4, perfect for large groups as they were right next to each other.

The only thing I'd mention is there were no curtains, there were very thin mesh ones though. This was no problem with privacy because is was high up and the glass was frosted but was just a little bright, take a eye mask!

The location simply could not be any better. Right in the city center, and it was inexpensive as well. Our room was large, modern, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable seats and bed. We had a wonderful time in Brasov, thanks to Central Apartment!

The only thing I didn't like were the towels that were provided -- they were small, very thin and not soft. Aside from that, the place we stayed was excellent.

The apartment is in a very old building right in the middle of the city, well renewed, the bad is specially comfortable. We find a few pubs and restaurants in nearby, the food was excellent.

The heating system is noisy.

Central located, just a few steps from the central market squere. New restored studio with a small kitchen, toilet, room. Locally heated, you can set up the temperature, warm in winter time. Calm street, private entrance.

No reception, you have to call in advance to arrange keys. The studio is located on different address then given in the booking.com, but closely.

Awesome overall atmosphere, loved the old buildings with the well-maintained interiors, everything was as expected.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The service provided by the manager was excellent. The pictures were correct and described the apartment.

The Kitchenette of the apartment, while meeting the minimal definition of a kitchenette (small fridge and microwave), did not allow for any real food preparation. It lacked a toaster and kettle. There was only one pot and mismatched accessories. A shame because the apartment itself was nice.

The apartment is quite hard to find - it's down an alley with no sign on the entrance at the roadside to say it's there. Also, the door to the bathroom is very low

When we arrived we were picked up from the train station. This was really useful. The apartment was not quite ready when we got to it but after a 30 minute wait we were shown to it. The location was excellent for exploring the old town. The apartment - which was very newly decorated/renovated still had the strong smell of fresh paint. The hallway was in the process of being decorated/plastered. The apartment itself was nicely decorated, modern and airy. Everything was brand new, microwave, cutelry etc. The bathroom was small but nice shower. We had a double bad and a double sofa bed. T.V. but no air conditioning.

The curtains were a very modern voil/net. Which although looked nice did not block out any light. This was very unfortunate as there was a large street lamp right outside which lit up the whole bedroom , making it difficult to sleep. The owner needs to invest in some blinds or heavier curtains. However, this was the only thing I could fault.

You really couldn't ask for a much more central location. The apartment that we stayed in was a mere couple of steps from Pita Sfatului. The bed was large & unlike most Romanian hoteliers they actually purchased a mattress the size of the bed, instead of combining multiple twin size mattresses.

Temperature was very low considering outside was very hot.

Excellent location. Right in the centre of Brasov.

The manager was struggling to keep things organised. He arranged to pick us up from the station and was 30 minutes late. He prommised to buy some pillows (as the ones supplied had virually no thickness) but these only arrived a third of the way through our stay.

You couldn't get a better location.

This isn't a hotel but rather various apartments, so some might be better than mine. It also means there is no front desk, just a pone number to call. But he did pick me up at the train station for free. The bed seemed to be a fold out one and I could feel the bars under me. No divided shower and the water didn't drain well, so the bathroom floor was wet all the time (I ended up using the mop they left there). I didn't notice that there was a 10% service fee and taxes not included in the booking price. One night I could hear dance music until 2 am.

Superb central location. Very large and well appointed room--felt like a home away from home.
