Though it is difficult to judge with only a one night stopover I would say this hotel offers excellent value for money. The staff were courteous and attentive and offered all assistance to ensure our stay was pleasant. I would recommend it.

I have no problem with regard to this hotel but perhaps it could offer a little more information on how to get there from airport or train stations; eg closeness to major landmark, local metro link or suchlike.

The location of the hotel is great. It also has new and modern furniture, an identity in design (based on black / grey / white), the bathroom was big. I liked the fact that I could make some tea for free in the room. They offered free Internet services in the lobby. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast very much, the croissants were stale, there wasn't any fruit. I should say that they offered yoghurt which wasn't cold at all and this is serious as it may cause food poisoning

The hotel as well as the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was very good and the location was excellent.

Extremely convenient location and good quality... everything. Like most hotels in Romania it has been completely refurbished, and they really did not cut any corners. Plus, you can always count on that extra pillow that can make all the difference (missing, in my experince, in most Western three star hotels), to say nothing about the fact that after they make your bed you can actually get in and sleep without having to yank the blanket from under the mattress and make a horrible mess of the bedding before you can lie down (no idea who invented that horrible way of making a hotel bed and why it has been so enhtusiastically adopted by the industry - I'll start a frequent traveller protest movement against it).

While never rude, the staff can occasionally be somewhat uncouth. And there are mornings when the breakfast orange juice is simply undrinkable (even by European standards).

We only had two nights in this hotel, but found the hotel to have a very nice stylish room and located very centrally for the sights. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and spoke excellent english. The breakfast was a buffet style and ample for our needs.

Nice modern hotel located near to historical center and park.

Even as hotel had a very nice upgrade and moderation it lacks a soundproof door. While i was staying in second floor, same floor where breakfast is served and made, i woke up hearing noises from the kitchen.

Good location, short walk from old town. Well appointed room for the price, ac was on when I arrived so nice and cool on a very hot day, good bed and shower. Front desk staff very helpful.

As others have said breakfast is a bit suspect. Good coffee and eggs, just dont expext to much. I left early for airport on sunday and there was no space for me in the breakfast room as it was full of a early departing buss tour group so I drank a coffee in the hall and left.
