The cleaning in the bath room need improvement.

the breakfast, the bar, the staff.

Free wi-fi and the location is excellent!

The staff was loud in the morning with cleaning and, we didn't got a smoking room even we applied for it. The price for a night was higher then usually.

Excellent location. Very center of the old city.

One of the central streets, so quite noisy (traffic). Very strange design of the rooms (black, white and steel). For me it is not nice, but smb may like it.

Can't think of anything...except for overpriced services (ironing, taxi to/from airport...) but i guess that's a common thing with all hotels.

Right in the middle of Bucharest historic center.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

No gym. There was only one tea bag in the room. There was no body lotion or hair conditioner.

I could choose only between a room with a view at McDonald's kitchen or a room with a view to a very nosy and dusty street .

The breakfast is a little bit classic (without real bread and foods are not very varied), but the two women, who manage it, are very pleasant and competent. The reception is very reactive and kindly.

The chair is the room is terribly hard to sit !!! It's design but not confortable ... The wifi is too slowly : it's a real problem in this hotel, where you have a lot of professional who come ... The cleaning and the laundry are not very operational !

Sound quality of TV not good

The Hotel was in a good location, and the staff were great. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were great for the price. Receptionist Oana was the best. Anything we asked about the Bucharest, she knew and was always offering more information. Very friendly and looked out for my group. Best receptionist I have met in all my travels. She gets 5* herself.

Need two full size towels. Once I asked I received them, but should have been in room from start.

The staffs in the reception desk are kind. They are ready to help you. There is a safe in the room so it's very useful. Mcdonald is really close(next to the hotel), The cismigiu park is near the hotel so you can take a walk. The location is an advantage of this hotel. We can see many tourist attractions on foot.

The breakfast menu is always same. So more than 2night, It's easy to feel boring.

Hotel Central has a awesome staff and a good, modern facility.

Everything was great, but just to nitpick the ceramic wall tile surrounding the shower could have been scrubbed slightly better. However the rest of the bathroom and hotel room was perfectly clean and well appointed

I liked it's proximity, close to the city center. The price is great and the rooms are very comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that it has a small reception area so that you must go out of of your hotel if you would like a drink with friends or dinner

Location was excellent. Good sized, clean rooms. Excellent well mannered helpfully staff, who made me feel welcome.

Whist we did not have to wait long for the lift, there is only 1 serving 5 floors (our room was on the 5th floor) this could become an issue when the hotel is busier. Whist some of the rooms over look a busy main road, which you can sometimes hear the traffic outside, it is not that loud and did not stop me from losing any sleep. None of these comments would stop me from staying there again or recommending it to others.

Very good located and the staff is friendly and good organized. The rooms are big and nice also with a balcony if you like.

It's not my first stay in this hotel, but this time it was a bit loud (cars from the street) even we had a double room in the upper floor.

Great position near the old town. Nice interior design, very clean, friendly staff, perfect for a short stay.

They could improve breakfast, perhaps having someone take reservations since the breakfast room is not that big.
