Everything, we stayed at the 11th floor, lovely view. I will definitely go again in the future. A great price no matter if you travel for business or leisure.

The conditions were good and the staff very customer oriented. Great position if your looking to visit the old town center. The only thing that I didn't like it was the fact that you could hear the neighbors doors closing or creaking or the noises outside the room

Restaurand was great. I've got some local food there and it was fantastic. Bathroom cleanness could be better. Room was overheated even outside temperature was about 5°C it was difficult to cool it down. Airconditioning was not working.

Location excelent; The room were very confortable and clean. Good rate prices for accomodation Very expensive Breakfast. Bad and poor quality for dinner dishes. The menu "seems" excelent, but the kitchen personell need more training in cooking, although the waiters were very attentive and responsive.

The location was close to the center of town and we had a great view. The staff gave great dinner recommendations. The rooms were extremely hot and the only way to control the temperature was by opening the window. The windows opened downward and were very dangerous. There is also a club next door, so it was loud.

N/A We were there in winter (Christmas and New Year) and had to keep the room window open over our entire stay to have the room cool down a bit. It was terribly warm. Also, that made the room quite noisy at night, because the hotel is right at a big traffic junction. Overly expensive breakfast/brunch.

The room is not too big, but not too small either. They have a small bathroom with shower but it's really ok. Parking is for free and wireless is really good. We always choose Ibis Sibiu when we have to as we really like it. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and it should. The room rate was the same on booking as at the reception, so I could see no benefit in booking online this time.

The location is perfect, near the city centre. Hotel is very well designed, rooms insulated, the temperature in the room was perfect. You can fix the temperature, is not so hot like others said (maybe they don't know how to handle a heat regulator). The personnel is very friendly.

The atmosphere was pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. The decor was modern and the rooms comfortable and modern. It was centrally located. The bar was convenient and central to the lobby. Overall, a pleasant place to stay. The food seemed a little pricey and I really never got a chance to test it's quality due to the plethora of eating establishments not far away in the historic center.
