What I liked: - The location of the hotel, - Friendly staff, - Good ambience, - Away from the noise of the street, - Parking. Disliked: - Persistent smell of cigarettes in the room, despite the fact that the non-smoking room - The rooms are not very modern. But one or two days you can stay with the lowest price.

flexible on the reservation, agreed to change dates although not have to by the contract. nice location, good staff, great value for money. It is basic and simple, but then again this is what you pay for.

Friendly and professional staff. Good value. Good choice for budget travelers. A little out of the way, would have preferred closer, but still walkable to the main attractions of Iasi. The renovation/painting on our floor involved intense acrid chemical smell.

It is fair to say this hotel was at cheaper scale of iasi hotels, But offer great value for money due to location, Rooms are basic standard, but are comfortable, Breakfast was available of basic fair, close to resturants and shopping mall, shopping mail food court was value for money. Easy access to city via tram and bus route, Hotel staff very pleasent and helpfull, Cable tv in room with tv in English, French, Hotel has free Wi-FI depending on room this was reliable. The hotel has recently changed owner, And new Manager Virgil will make you very welcome, Within next few months this hotel will comence a program of inprovements which would raise from 2* to at leat 3* place , I look forward to return to this hotel, it was that good a place to stay, Have to be charged for coffey during day, also Wi- Fi kept droping out of signal, some of bed linin was torn and old, but given to understand this was due to be changed soon,

Pretul e mic, camera destul de mare, are frigider, televizor, aer conditionat (pentru vara), este caldura si asternuturile sunt curate, zona e destul de liniştită, se poate vedea masina pe geam in parcarea hotelului. Fetele de la recepţie sunt foarte drăguţe ŞI amabile. Baia arată foarte rău, chitul de rosturi căzut, chederele de la cabina de dus sunt lipsa si te poti tăia in geam; lumina din baie este foarte chioară ŞI nu au priză în baie. Parcarea hotelului este foarte mică ŞI de obicei insuficientă (pe de alta parte nici nu prea au ce face să o extindă).

Este un spatiu de odihna binemeritata dupa un tur de oras! 1.Poate ,sau Sigur atentie la igienizarea cosului de gunoi....si mai multa atentie din partea personalului de la curatenie cu economia de energie!? Am gasit in una din cele 5zile de cazare ,lumina aprinsa in baie..noi fiind plecati din hotel de la ora 11.00am pana la aprox.22.00pm ..! mare risipa..!..nu am verificat dk erau becuri economice..!!!!! Oricum nu mai conteaza! 2....si poate o mica investitie in sensul inlocuirii cuverturilor de pe paturi..n-ar strica!

acest hotel este ok amplasat pt.scopul sederii noastre in Bucuresti,adica admiterea la facultate.Am gasit o camera buna la un pret accesibil si un personal ospitalier si serviabil.Cred ca ma voi intoarce in acest hotel daca va fi nevoie in toamna la inceperea facultatii. multumesc Curatenia din camera a cam last de dorit,mai ales ca am zarit si ceva gandaci,iar micul dejun destul de sarac. nu e tarziu sa sa imbunatateasca aceste lucruri.
