Very friendly with excellent staff. Great facilities and the best location. My second stay now at this hotel and it was perfect yet again.

They did not have breakfast service in the hotel, it was separate outside but in the same building.

A very nice and charming small city Hotel, where the staff is more friendly than in most of the Romanian hotels. Got a very nice room - executive suite called, very large and well equiped, nothing was missing.

Very good service and excellent experience

Fabulous room - extremely spacious (although we were in an executive room). Clean, modern bathroom. Breakfast was through vouchers at the restaurant next door and were fantastic. The staff were happy to do anything for you and it felt very personal.

Very difficult to find anything negative to say - guess my son would have liked access to a pool but then the beach is only minutes away.

Rooms were of a high standard with good facilities. Hotel is well located close to the beach but also near to the old own and shopping facilities. Staff were excellent; couldn't have been more helpful.

There is no outside public area to sit and relax if weather is good.

A fabulous hotel in a beautiful old building which has been modernised with taste and style. The room was.light and spacious with those unique touchs you get with a boutique hotel. It really was 4/5 star at a 3 star price, great value for money and only metres from the beach. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is in the cafe adjoining the hotel, where you can choose from the menu, a nice change from the normal tired buffet

Everything! This hotel is rather expensive but worth it. Perfect in every detail from fruit/fresh flowers in the room to x-tra beachtowels. Also suberb service. The only thing we missed was a small lounge or bar at the hotel, but you have that just meters away across the street.

We found the taxicompany they use rude and incompetent. Hard to get healthy breakfast. Almost everything on the breakfast meny was fried

The Hotel was excellent and the adjoining restaurant and the one across the road provided superb food. Would strongly recommend.

To be just in city centre and close to the beach

No lift, just stairs.

This hotel is a real gem. It does live up to the expectations of a 4*. Very good service, very good restaurant, very good rooms.

It is mostly business, so dont expect childcare facilities. Hotel staff v attentive to children however. Our kids (6 and 3) loved it there.

Nice, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent services, helpful staff and excellent location! Plus a bottle of great wine in your room to share with your better half! What can you wish more from a hotel?

There is nothing not to like about staying at Hotel Cherica. In every aspect it is an excellent choice for a trip to Constanta. Book early as there is a huge demand or try your luck at last minute!

Wonderful hotel, perfect position with some restaurant outside where to eat. The restaurant linked to the hotel is ok! The staff is always friendly and helpfully. If I will have to come back in Constanta I will come back in this hotel at 100%.

The room looked just like the photos on the website, very accommodating, and relaxing. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our little one was feeling poorly so they even offered to send the bellboy to purchase cold remedies for us as part of their service offered to guests. Reserved parking (with sercuity cameras)was available infront of the hotel. Couldn't have asked for more! :-)

The breakfast at CafeCafe was a little over cooked, but everything else was great (we ate there for dinner, which was fantastic, so it could have just been a different chef that day)

The staff at Hotel Cherica were excellent, nothing was too much for them to provide. Further to this the restaurant associated with the hotel is a fantastic fun experience. Again the service is excellent and the food and decor is modern and vibrant. I loved every minute there and will always stay at Hotel Cherica when in Romania.

My usual criticism on most hotels (because I like sleeping in a cave) is the curtains although rubber backed are not designed in such a way to block the early morning light.

Cozy place, efficient and helpful staff, central location. Good restaurants nearby. Better than other hotels in Constanta. Definitely coming back to stay here!

Hardly anything not to like about Hotel Cherica!

Perfectly located near best restaurants in Constanta. Although located on main street is comfortable and quiet. Secure parking spaces in front of hotel. Best in Constranta for business and pleasure.

There is no lift (although the hotel is only on 1st and 2nd floor) but helpfull staff will sort it out for you.

Een prachtig hotel, goed gelegen met een perfecte service. Gratis parking aan de deur, en een extra pluspunt is ontbijt tot 13u en zelfs tot 17u op zondag!

La gentillesse du personnel. Les chambres très spacieuses.

Non équipé pour recevoir des personnes à mobilité réduite même si le personnel est a vos petits soins.

Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Petit déjeuner servi jusqu'à 13h00

Vue sur la mer uniquement en se penchant par la fenetre. Paiement restaurant séparé de celui de l'hotel.
