Hotel is clean and has a good parking space in front. The reservation price was EUR 93 but they charged me 160 RON per night. |

near to transport and shops breakfast.and the floor at one point was moving, i had to ask them to come and hoover the room. I am biting all over .the room looked comfortable and clean but i think what i saw moving and what was biting me was fleas.also i went to reception to see about staying on and was told this was ok, yet the next day i was told i had to leave as they were fully booked. i had to find another hotel. |

Staff were very helpful over my confusion with the currency! The immediate area behind the hotel. Also it mentioned a small lake, did not find it, no hotel grounds. |

Over charging for room - on returning home I discovered that the hotel had charged my cc almost 15 Euros more for my room reservation than the contract states. This discrepancy probably results from the hotel's insistence on charging on arrival against a tariff that is published only in Lei (Ron) and not against a comparable Euro rate. The breakfast menu was very poor from a dietary/health perspective, and not enjoyed by the majority of guests judged by the number of them who disregarded this after the first experience. Facilities for guests to have social contact were lacking, e.g., no bar area, and the tv lounge + wi-fi/internet facility were very limited in their availability to guests because of their use by hotel staff. |

The positive sides of the hotel are obvious: cheap rate, clean room, and most importantly, a fast and convenient wireless internet connection. The receptionists speak quite good English, (however, most of the Romanian people can not speak English, including taxi drivers, sellers, et al) The hotel is about 10 minutes' walking to a shopping mall, and 3 or 4 Km away from the Parliament Palace which seems not so convenient. One may take taxi or bus or tram to city centre. (Unfortunately taxi drivers are not always trustable, even if they belong to official taxi companies) |

The location was important for me as it was close to a friend I was visiting. May not be the best location for those who wish to be near the centre but was a perfect choice for me. |

The staff were friendly enough and the room clean to begin with. It was also easy enough to use public transport to get to the City Centre. The room was not cleaned at all during our visit (4 nights) as housekeeping tended to come about 0800. By the last day we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The wi-fi connection was intermittant to say the least!! |

I liked the day/night receptionist on duty on Saturday night, short strawberry blond hair. Extremely friendly & nice, only member of staff i saw, that speaks English. I also liked the many channels on the tv. The bed was not very comfortable, very very low. |

The room was indeed very clean. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The hotel is very well placed next to a mall and tram line. Wifi is a plus. Breakfast was more then you could eat, although not something very special was served. |
