Very accomodating front desk staff. We were impressed about the efficient orderly system at registration & in dealing with our valuables. The hotel & room were always very clean & comfortable. Laundry service was always reliable. We were thrilled to be upgraded from the suite to the apartment, without our request. After a very long hot journey, we struggled to lug our suitcases up the flight of stairs into the apartment. |

close to the city center no city info available at hotel, lack of knowledge about everything from staff (if you can find them), definetly not a 3 star hotel !!!!! breakfast measured by the gram!!!!! no refrigerator in the room, clean towels every two days or they will be a charge. Felt more like a boarding house than a hotel |

Nos dieron el apartment con lo cual la independencia era total.Muy cómodo para tres personas El sofá que hacía de cama supletoria era durísimo y muy incómodo.Falta de profesionalidad en el personal que sirve el desayuno.Me sirvieron leche cortada y cuando lo retiré me volvieron a servir otro café en la misma taza, sin lavarla, con lo cual me tuvieron que hacer un tercer café. Falta de zumo en el desayuno. La cisterna del baño no funcionaba, pro nos dieron una buena alternativa hasta el día siguiente |

Het personeel loste de vragen die we hadden goed op. De verwarming van het hotel wad niet aan, en de dame achter de receptie heeft geregeld dat het aan ging. Fijn dat er wifi is. De kamer werd bijzonder goed schoon gehouden. Het hotel ligt niet echt in het centrum. Het is nog een kwartier wandelen. De tekst suggereert dat dit een nieuw hotel is, maar dat is niet zo. Volgens ons is het hotel aan renovatie toe. Ontbijt is onder de maat. Droge oud brood etc. Dit is overigens vaker in Roemenië. Personeel houdt het ontbijt niet goed bij. Zitten gezellig met elkaar te roken terwijl de theepot leeg blijft. In de badkamer zit werkelijk niets goed vast. Douchekop zit los, toilet spoelt niet goed enzovoort. |

Mir hat die gute Erreichbarkeit vom Bahnhof und die relative Nähe (15 min zu Fuß) zum Zentrum gut gefallen. Frühstücksbuffet wäre besser als a la carte. |

Mooie grote kamer, bubbelbad op de kamer! Ligt langs een drukke baan, nachtlawaai... Zondag begint het ontbijt later, maar dit was ons niet meegedeeld. |

Fiind un hotel relativ nou, culorile folosite pentru designul interior sunt vii, camerele beneficiaza de spatiu suficient pentru a te simti confortabil cu vedere catre artere principale.Restaurantul este intim, modern aranjat, cu personal serviabil, politicos si care raspunde prompt la cererile clientului. Pozitionarea hotelului fata de centrul istoric al orasului este ideala pentru clientii sai. In opinia mea, ar trebui imbunatatita organizarea spatiului in camera, in special vorbind despre mobilier. In baie, la fel in legatura cu pozitionarea destul de incomoda a vasului de wc. Ar trebui putin regandita. |
