Klantvriendelijk houding van het personeel en de properheid van de ruimten. Bij vertrek 's nachts i.v.m. vliegschema kon ik niet ontbijten of iets meekrijgen (maar wel voor betaald). |

Central location not so fare from the city center, clean rooms, wired free internet (fast). not really big breakfast buffet... |

Very helpful staff, good location, pleasant rooms - the best Romanian city hotel I have stayed in. For a hotel which is expensive by Romanian standards, the breakfast was not that good. |

Breakfast was gorgeous - the waiter was pure energy and vitality, that was nice in the morning. The room was large and nice; the staff kind and helpful. The mentioned private parking wasn't available, we parked along the street in front of the hotel entrance - where not allowed - but at least they paid for the dayly fee. |

The hotel was good and central, the street parking was not as good. Did not like the smell at the outside of the hotel but luckily did not enter into the hotel. |

Clean, central location, big enough rooms. My partner had pain in his back due to hard matras the day after. Loud music in reception. |

Excellent place right in the middle of Cluj: nice freshly renovated room, good breakfast and central location. And the staff IS very very helpful and attentive (thank you!). All in all unbeatable value for money. Would definitely stay there again. |

An outstanding small hotel in a very good location.The staff is more than helpful from giving directions to recommending a restaurant or finding a lost childhood friend.The rooms are comfortable and clean. |

нормальный бюджетный вариант, близко к центру, можно сказать в самом центре, до собора михаила идти ...ну минут 5 от силы, быстрый инет, хоть и проводной, огорчил завтрак (совсем скучно), но сейчас сижу в дорогом отеле в бухаресте, намного дороже, а проблема с завтраком таже)))...есче минус отсутствие своего ресторана, так же как спортзала....хороший бюджетный вариант, на большее не претендует |

Das Hotel liegt -wie die Einheimnischen es gern ausdrücken- ultrazentral- und für Menschen mit gemäßigten Ansprüchen (sonst gehen wir 500m weiter und buchen wir ein Zimmer im Hotel City Plaza - Preis x 3-4) ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ok. Und den jenigen die auf das Frühstück mit dem Finger zeigen empfehle ich eine "Collazione" in Italien (Espresso+2 kleine Toasts und fertig) Versteckt im Hofe des Studentenheimes Victor Babes muss man sich in der Stadt gut auskennen um das Hotel finden zu können. Wie das Problem mit den Parkplätzen gelöst wird?.... |

L'équipement des chambre s'avère tout à fait satisfaisant. Le responsable de la salle du petit déjeuner se mobilise avec une grande amabilité pour que ce moment de la journée soit un vrai plaisir ! Merci à lui et à son équipe.L'hôtel met à dispostion un accès "Internet" illimité et simple d'utilisation. |
