Modern design and very clean room, nice pool and sauna. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was actually really good too.

City Plaza is not a hotel. It's a home away from home.The top level staff are exceptionally attentive and extremely personable and pleasant.You are always made to feel welcome and comfortable and the location is so handy to everything.I Was working in the lobby trying to get ready for a meeting and needed some help with the logistics of my meeting. Anca one of the sale manager went out of her way to help me out. I know that she had other things to do, but she made sure that I was completely comfortable with my scheduling for this presentation.She provide me a designated it person to make shore that everything is perfect. Very good business facilities upstairs for high class meetings with fast wireless Internet everywhere in the hotel.My Deluxe Room had a separate sitting area to the bed area and seemed thoughtfully designed with every amenity you could want.Although overlooking a rather derelict rear area of the hotel, was very quiet and benefited from direct sun. The spa facilities a luxurious gem.I Used (pool, steam room etc) and left feeling pampered and relaxed.Restaurant provide a unique style of food, out of this world good, with a impeccable service. Highly recommended for business travelers. You can't have the traditional desert "PAPANAS",

The location of the hotel is just perfect.I liked the pool stage...Breakfast was also awesome. Housekeeping is not good.They even didn'y change the towels.I also should tell the house keepers dropped by the room only one tim ein 4 days.

Service was simply outstanding. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Air conditioning did not work well in one room. We called staff and they gave us a suite.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant and and we have not met staff in any hotel more helpful than those at the City plaza. The rooms are spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Wi-fi worked very well. The service in the restaurant and dining room is very good. The spa is wonderful: nice large pool, great sauna, very good equipment of the fitness center. The Gym and the Pool were excellent and well maintained. Location was in the centre of town. One of the best hotels I have stayed in, I absolutely recommend staying here at City Plaza, we will definitely stay here in the future.

Pozitia , camerele generoase, curatenia. Clientii hotelului nu au beneficiat de centru spa in seara zilei de 3.01.20129 ( fara o instiintare prealabila), acesta fiind inchiriat pentru un program de fitness de catre persoane din afara hotelulului, fapt absolut anormal mai ales ca, existenta acestui centru, a constituit un criteriu in alegerea locatiei. Explicatiile nu au existat si nici scuzele de rigoare, motiv de reflectie pentru conducere.

Locatia este buna pentru vizita in oras. The location is ok. Hotelul nu are nimic din confortul normal la 4-5*,ci mai degraba este un hotel de 3*.Cotarea lui la 5* este datorata facilitatilor,dar curatenia si confortul sint slabe.

Très bon emplacement par rapport aux objectives touristiques et la zone centrale. Parking inclus dans le prix. Très bon breakfast. Surévaluation de l’hôtel qui est au mieux un bon 4*. en arrivant l'eau était fermé temporairement dans l'hôtel mais à la réception on nous a pas informé. Pour les télés il 'y avait pas de liste de programmes et une télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. à la douche il n'y avait pas d’étagère pour le savon et la douche "pluie" ne fonctionnait pas.
