Staff at reception desk were very friendly And helpfull. Restaurant very bad! Food was disgusting And Some even heavily Burned! Staff in Restaurant was worst I ever had seen and even very rude. Also there was à swimming pool which was not cleaned for at least months! Last but not least, breakfast was almost nothing And cold coffee. short: à hotel I woud never visit again.

The room was spacious. Not difficult to find. Close to the city centre and a large commercial centre.Friendly personal. TV-channels with the original movies (English) so you can understand it. A basic breakfast. The swimming pool is not very clean and is not very inviting to use it. The hotel is outdated and need a fresh up. The windows cannot be opened. No decoration in the room. Restaurant was closed at 09.00 PM ? luckily in the shopping-centre close-by there are a lot off restaurants. You need a car.

Pozitia excelenta , usor accesibila catre centru, langa lac, si parcul Herastrau. Piscina are o priveliste panoramica spre lac si parc.Sala de sport este noua. Are internet wi fi si in camera gratuit.

Hotelul se afla într-o zona rezidențiala linistita. Personalul de la receptie este serviabil. Camera standard spatioasa, curată, mic dejunul si cina OK. Acces facil la cel mai mare centru comercial (Băneasa Shopping Center, 5 minute cu mașina).

Intampinarea la receptie calda si prietenoasa, camera spatioasa si linistita. Mi-a placut centrul spa cu piscina si jacuzii, iar sala de fitness bine intretinuta si moderna, vedere superba catre lacul din apropiere. Locatia hotelului excelenta:aproape de birou si aeroport. Micul dejun foarte bun si consistent. poate o culoare mai deschisa in lobby ar improspata aspectul

Het waren echt hele gezellige mensen , het zwembad, sauna en fitness was goed verzorgd en voor ons alleen! de kwaliteit van de apparaturen in de kamer.

Dit hotel is het eigenlijk net niet in alle opzichten. ja er is een zwembad en SPA en een fitness. Omgeving is mooi, maar ze hebt weinig zicht op het water. Receptie personeel is aardig en voorkomend, maar kan blijkbaar ook niet alles regelen. Het hotel ligt net te ver uit de stad voor stedentrippers en voor zakenreizigers ook niet gunstig. Hoewel op steenworp afstand van het water heb je er qua uitzicht net geen zicht op. "Waar klasse het verschil maakt" is de slogan van het hotel. Helaas negatief. Kamer, bed, badkamer opzich in orde. Minibar niet werkend, afstandsbedieng niet werkend, maar dan wel weer slippers en badjas aanwezig. 1 dag kamer niet gedaan omdat er teveel kamers waren ... absurd. Ontbijt qua keus zeer matig voor 4 sterren hotel. Met nog kwartier te gaan voor hotel vond men niet mer nodig (gevraagd) om broodjes aante vullen daar er nog toast brood aanwezig was op het buffetje. Zelfde voor eieren.

Poor breakfast; horrible towels; even if we have asked for a non smoker room when we made the reservation, the smell of cigarettes was obvious when we arrive there and the answer of the receptionist was that she doesn' t have another room for us and that's it.

Het personeel van de receptie was zeer vriendelijk.omdat dit een zakenhotel betreft waren wij zaterdag en zondag de enige gasten.het water van het zwembad was koud en zeker niet aan te bevelen.de tub was in reparatie,en de sauna was uit!!!!!
