I made reservation for double room but when I arived it was only twin room. Service immidiatelly made change for apartment. Standard is very nice and location is good. There is no elevator, stairs are high and rooms are even on third floor. Breakfast is tasty but no buffet. Location on booking is not proper!

Dovada faptului ca apreciez hotelul Clipa este ca am stat acolo de mai multe ori, fiind foarte multumit de serviciile oferite. Hotelul este foarte curat, camerele sunt mari iar personalul amabil. Mancarea este, de asemenea foarte buna. Un minus il are cafeua (calitate slaba) si faptul ca la micul dejun bauturile (inclusiv apa) nu sunt incluse in pret. E vorba de gest nu de bani. Singura problema pe care o are hotelul este muzica de la bar. Daca stai la etajul 1, muzica se aude destul tare iar daca este si nunta (asa cum am avut ghinionul sa prind o data) n-ai nici o sansa sa dormi. Ar trebui ca managerii sa aleaga intre destinatia de hotel si cea de bar/club sau sa rezolve problema zgomotului. In rest, dupa cum a spus, toate impresiile sunt pozitive si consider hotelul Clipa o alegere foarte buna pentru orice turist.

Situation à côté du centre ville.Très grande chambre climatisée avec balcon. Mini bar et tv écran plat dans chambre Pas de parking privé .Parking dans la rue.Pas d'ascenseur Petit déjeuner quelconque

Hotelul este situat central, are statie de taxi-uri in apropiere(lucru important deoarece transportul public este ca si inexistent); camerele sunt spatioase si dotate corespunzator, iar personalul este eficient si amabil. Micul-dejun este variat ( exista 6 posibilitati de meniu) si foarte consistent.Restaurantul are un meniu corespunzator si rezonabil, iar atmosfera este placuta- vara, masa se ia pe terasa ce dispune de gazon, plante exotice si decoratiuni moderne. Hotelul nu dispune de ascensor, ceea ce devine incomod, in special pentru copii si persoane in varsta

Hotel has a central position, is clean and the restaurant/terrace is nice. There is no lift and the stairs are uncomfortably big. Is better to have a room at the first floor. Also, there is no parking as said in the hotel's description, we had to park on the street and we had trouble because we didn't find any place in front of teh hotel

Wir hatten ein großes Appartement zur Verfügung, das sehr sauber und praktisch war. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr gut, der Service sehr freundlich.

Camera foarte mare, curata Terasa superba , limonada foarte buna Ar fi perfect pentru tranzit prin Turnu Severin daca nu ar fi vesnica discutie - nu puteti plati in euro pentru ca noi avem un alt curs etc (bineinteles ca mereu in favoarea hotelului ) si comentariul ca oricum nu turistii care vin de pe booking ii interseaza pentru ei au contracte cu mai multe agentii
