Nice pool and garden, clean room, good staff. There were no bathrobe and slippers in the room. Normally, we should have had chairs and umbrellas for free on the beach but we always had to pay for the umbrella. Also, at checkout, we couldn't pay with the credit card due to a bank malfunction or something. This is unacceptable anyway. |

Great room, great facilities, overall a very nice experience. And the spa is really good as well, with excellent staff Rooms are quite small for a 4 star hotel, but they're acceptable |

The SPA looks very good. Very nice facilities also for free (jacuzzi, swimming pool, private beach, terrace). The reception staff should act a bit more professional (4* hotel-wise). But overall it was ok. Also, the bathroom is below a 4* rating for sur - quite small, very basic shower cabin. |

Nice situation (quiet, not far from beach), not large but with free places parking, wi-fi, nice cafe. Breakfasts were not bad. |

Close to the beach, private beach (but you have to find it by youself). Nice and friendly staff at the reception desk. Small room, a bit expensive for the money we have paid, free smoking place at the reception level, hard to find a parking spot, dirty tables at breakfast even if the restaurant is 4 stars classified. |

The hotel room was clean as was the rest of the hotel,The hotel lobby bar is open 24/7 The hotel receptionist staff were extremely rude on all shifts and were not very helpful on any level even a simple wake up call seemed to be a problem for them and in the end I didnt receive the wake up call,I booked the hotel on bookings.com in euro they charged in lei only at the higher exchange rate,I asked to use the internet and when i went to pay with 100 lei (25 euro) they told me they had no change and told me to go to the shop for change down the road reception would not even ask the bar open 24/7 if they had change 10 feet away from the counter |

Nice hotel, the room was clean but small, close to the beach where using the card from the hotel we were entitled to beach chairs and umbrellas for free, buffet breakfast with lots of choices. As I said, small rooms and lunch and dinner - poor choices. |

We have appreciated the curtoasy of the staff, the pool was also very nice and relaxing; the rooms were clean and well organized. The restaurant closes at 11.00 pm with no other opportunity to have dinned nearby. |

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. We arrived late and they were happy to keep the restaurant open for us and we had a truly delicious meal. The spa facilities were excellent, the staff were very friendly and the location superb. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. We were truly delighted. The way to the beach could be signposted better. This was the only thing wrong with a fantastic hotel, and something that certainly did not spoil our enjoyment! |

all the facilities were super ,staff very good,breakfast choice very good ,the spa centre very nice . one small point, all the rooms only have showers and not a bath, this is not very clear in the details of the accomodation , apart from that very nice rooms |

It's more a three stars hotel, but it's really clean, the breakfast is good, the beach is only two minutes walking, there are playground and kid's swimingpool. The Neptun area is better than Mamaia if you are looking for something more natural... |

Schöner, gepflegter Swimming Pool und schöner Strand. Kostenlose Liegen und kleiner Sonnenschirm. Gelegnentlich war im Bad, vor allem nachts, ein penetranter Pissoirgeruch festzustellen. Der Uringeruch kommt wahrscheinlich über den Belüftungsschacht. Leider bleiben die Auflagen am Schwimmbad über Nacht draußen, sodaß sie morgens nass sind. |

Familienfreundlich, schöne Anlage, nette Abendunterhaltung, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Schwarzbrot fehlt, Service am Pool teilweise sehr langsam, zu wenig Auswahl an Speisen an der Poolbar, zu kleine Portionen, Strand ist zu voll, Zimmer sind eher klein. |

Curat, apropierea de plaja, piscina(pacat ca nu-i deschisa toata noapatea pentru clientii hotelului), cam intuneric in jur, Neptun nu prea are viata de noapte, restaurane care inchid la miezul noptii. |

Are sezlonguri gratis pe plaja, dar sunt putine, iar cel care le administreaza le "controleaza" foarte bine pentru el. Pe la 8,00 isi trimite fiul cu un manunchi de prosoape si "rezerva' cel putin jumatate dintre ele. Pentru a prinde sezlonguri va recomand sa fiti cel tarziu pe la 8,00-8,30 pe plaja. Dar nu-i bai, asta este Romania, a carei perioada renastentista, istoric vorbind, a coincis cu perioada fanariotilor : pesches, ciubuc, bacsis. Per total este ok, daca sunteti obisnuiti cu atmosfera vechiului litoral romanesc si cu speculantii de rigoare. In concluzie, va recomand Bulgaria, Grecia sau Turcia sau unde vreti voi... Micul dejun mai diversificat si mai proaspat. M-am intoxicat de la omleta si a trebuit sa vizitez cabinetul medical al hotelului. Am gasit bucati de omleta verzi :(((( |
