old furniture, bathroom not renovated for years....

Good value for money. Free garage parking, good internet connection, fair breakfast. I recommend this hotel !

Bathroom did not have water-lock to the sewer, sewer smell in the bathroom

Old building renovated with 4 stars standards. Huge rooms, centralized air conditioning. Good breakfast. Garage parking free in the middle of the town.

Strange posters on room wall (undressed people in strange positions). Filthy spa with no service at all.

Spacious big rooms, great bed, located in the center of the city, modern design. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The price was RIGHT.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. One of or TVs was not working, they came and immediately replaced the broken TV! Safe parking in the garage. Very large rooms!

Jacuzzi didn' t work so the kids were dissapointed. Rooms were non smoking but previous guests had smoked in the room, the smell was pretty strong and as a non smoker it bothered me. Showers in the pool area were not working, one out of three worked.

Parking at hotel was not possible , despite the fact tat was promissed.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We loved being in the centre of the town with a vista to the cathedral, but at the same time enjoying a quiet room.

The hotel is trying to cut corners and save - they twice cut off a/c for our floor and kept telling us to wait 20 minutes for cooling top start - it never did - once talked with manager on duty - miraculously cooling started; breakfast pretty poor quality for this rating - all other 5 hotels in Romania on this trip had a better offering

Room was very clean and beds were great, very big and comfortable.

Breakfast could be better but was OK

Pool area - dirty, nobody has cleaned the floor in 3 days. Jacuzzi not working and the water very cold. Breakfast - maybe for a 2-star hotel. Services and facilities -- definitely at a level of 3-star hotel

Evitati apartamentele 201 si 101 care sunt lipite de un club de noapte.Restaurantul hotelului inchis duminica.(Intrun comentariu anterior am scris gresit 216)

A megerkezert kovetoen tudatta velunk a recepcios, hogy mar ki lett adva a szoba amit lefoglaltunk. Sajnaja de nem kapta meg a Booking foglalast!!!!! Vegul kisebb vitaval sikerult elonyt szereznunk a telefonos foglaloval szemben!!! De ilyet nem lehet csinalni.

Apartamentul 216 mare cu doua bai,se pot caza 4 persoane,pretul camerei acceptabil.

In primul rand intrarea in hotel sunt 2 intrari identice fara vreo inscriptie cea din stanga duce in restaurant,cea din dreapta in receptie,iar intre ele este intrarea in parcarea subterana deasemenea nesemnalizata apartamentul unde am stat este perete in perete cu un club de noapte asa ca evitati-l pe cat posibil din cauza zgomotului.Un alt lucru ciudat este orarul restaurantului care este inchis intre 16 si 19 desi hotelul este ultracentral.Un alt minus este lipsa orcarei tablite indicatoare (abtibild eventual) in lift sau pe etaj despre zona spa , receptie,restaurant sau garaj.

Personal excelent! camere imense si pat regesc.

Mobila si dotarile sunt invechite. Pentru ca au fost putin oaspeti in hotel, micul dejun a fost execrabil. ce-i drept, puteai comanda in plus, insa doar dupa ce intrebai.

Amplasat bine. Parcare subterana. Gulas excelent.

Fire de paianjan in baie. Mocheta curatata superficial. A trebuit sa cer papuci.

Meglepett, hogy vélhetően a szálloda személyzete használja a szűkös parkoló kapazitást, ezzel kellemetlenséget okozva a szálloda fizető vendégei számára. A reggeli minősége elmaradt a szálloda minősített szinvonalától

Camerele (apartamentele) imense, cu 2 grupuri sanitare (dotate cu bai din care o cada cu jacuzi), piscina excelenta chiar daca nu este prea mare, dar are un program excelent pana la ora 24 ptr clientii hotelului, micul dejun copios si nu in ultimul rand faptul ca este localizat central, avand si parcare subterana proprie

Mirosul/aerisirea camerei. Nefunctionalitatea saunei si a jacuzzi-ului.
