The staff were the most friendly staff I have ever encountered at any hotel. I had booked rooms for myself and my colleague and he was giving me a rough time about the hotel before we arrived but he changes his mind. |

The friendliness of the staff and the quiet ambiance of the restaurant which was a very relaxing place with good food good decor and excellent service from the waiters. The lack of a lift , we stayed on 2nd floor but our colleage was on the third floor - he found the stairs difficult and his single room hygienic facilities rather small and cramped. Our double room was fine! |

convenient location, friendly staff and good service A little noisy. The hallways are uncarpeted so sounds travel through the hotel. |

The hotel Confort was well located for access to the town centre The staff at the Hotel Confort where some of the worst staff I have ever experienced. On Arrival one of the beds in the hotel was broken,this was reported immediately to the hotel less than 5 minutes after we arrived and where allowed to move rooms. However we where accused of breaking the bed and one of our credit card's was charged 100 Euros, which they reluctantly refunded eventually |

Simple, clean and cheap, with friendly staff. They put me into a smoking room - though I specifically asked for a non-smoking. I also asked for parking place, but could only park on the street (they only have 3-4 parking places in the hotel yard. Wireless internet did not work in my room for most of the evening and the morning when I needed to access emails. No elevators - I would not stay there with too much luggage... |

staff spoke perfect english, the best wireless broadband no signup or complications or anything! No lift and I was on the top floor, but it really wasnt a problem, also it is not as close to the city centre as the agape and it is around 15minute walk from piaata unirii, be prepared for a short walk or taxi ride it is not as central as they make out! but it is a great hotel |

Das Hotel war sauber, gepflegt, die Betten bequem, freundlich eingerichtet, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war zur Hauptstraße gelegen und daher ziemlich laut, die Fenster mußten geschlossen bleiben. |
