Constanta Residence Apartments is situated in Constanta, just 1 mile from the Black Sea Coast at the gateway to the Mamaia Resort.

All year round, it offers comfortable 3-star accommodation in spacious studios and 2-room apartments, equipped with modern furniture and all necessary amenities.

The apartments offer individuality and independence and are a perfect base either for leisure or business trips. There is no catering service, but you can prepare your own food in the well-equipped kitchen.

For a stay of over 8 nights free cleaning services are offered.

Area information

The apartments are located in the Tomis Nord Ciresica area in Constanta or in Ovidiu Square, close to the Mamaia Resort and the Ovidius University Campus. They are one mile from the center of the city, 2 miles to the train station and 2.5 miles to the Constanta Port.

Mamaia is the largest resort on the Romanian Black Sea, it is 5 miles in length and only 330 yards in width, being a strip of land between the Black Sea and Lake Siutghiol.

The beach season is at its best between mid May and late September, with average daytime temperatures of 77 F° - 86 F°. The water is warm until late fall.

Please be aware that it is absolutely necessary to contact the owner of the Constanta Residence Apartments 5-8 days before arrival for further contact details and the arrangement of keys pick-up. A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in.

Shuttle service from Constanta - Kogalniceanu Airport or from Bucharest Airport is subject to a charge. Transportation from the train station or any other point from the city to the apartments is free.

No cimfortable place to seat and have a eating in the flat. No place for children outside the block of flats. In rest, un apartament racoros cu tot ce ai nevoie (pana si sare, otet,etc.) , foarte aproape de Mamaia. Foarte important faptul ca detine propriul loc de parcare. De revenit.
