The service was very friendly and it made me feel like home. It was very safe and I felt that even though I was alone in the mountains there was always someone there to help me, for example, to take me to another city by car etc. The people are very warm, not like in other hotels where the service gets too "formal" and results in being "cold". The view and the food was perfect and I cannot think of a better place where I could spend my holidays! Everything was perfect, I try hard to think of something but I cannot! |

The best one in region. Good parking, stylish lobby and the rooms. It will be great to use this hotel for group of 3-4 couples. You will have then your isolated block of 3-4 rooms with one big hall with stylish dining to taste some local wine near fireplace in the evenings... |

Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The view from hotel was beautiful. Service in hotel was probably the best we have ever had anywhere. Hotel restaurant serves traditional foods and wines. I have to recommend this hotel to everyone going to Bran. |

Hotel staff was very sweet and hospitable. A nice view from the hotel of the valley. Near to the Bran Castle, even you have complimentary pick and drop from and to the castle. To me the best place to stay in Bran in that price. Just need a bit improved approach to the hotel. |

Hotel avec un confort de grande classe avec un rapport qualité/prix interessant. La chambre est d'un confort royal avec un vrai jacuzzi pour se détendre.La vue de la chambre est fantastique. Pour se rendre à l'hôtel c'est trés facile, il faut suivre les pancartes, seul les derniers mètres de l'accés à l'hôtel sont sinueux. Bref, je recommande cet hôtel pour ceux qui veulent visiter la région de la transylvanie (Château de Dracula et ville de brasov) Les derniers mètres d'accés à l'hôtel (chemin caillouteux).Mais aprés que du bonheur !!!!! |

La amabilidad en el trato recibido, el cuidado de los detalles tanto en el servicio del hotel como en el del restaurante. Ibamos en viaje familiar y celebramos el cumpleaños de mi hija de 9 años. Se desvivieron en la preparacion de una cena-fiesta sorpresa. Decoraron el comedor y nos prepararon una cena típica rumana exquisita con tarta y música incluidas. ¡Fué el mejor cumpleaños jamas soñado gracias a ellos! La gastronomía fué excelente y el hotel es bellísimo,limpio y confortable. No,todo perfecto |
