The position was really great and the hotel definitely comfortable. Internet facilities were available 1 hour for free each day of your staying. Maybe the quality of the breakfast could be improved, taking into account the hotel rating. |

Facilities were excellent; staff were great; very good breakfast; free 1 hour internet use; in-room safe; sitting area in room with tv Bathroom was new and flashily designed but didn't always work - nowhere to stand when you got out the shower and and the lack of a door and total glass surround gave you no privacy |

Close to the old town and modern in an old stle No drawers in the room and that it was cleaningpaper on the floor when we came also forgotten cleaningstuff next morning. Also the bathtub too high for old people to get into. |

Location Suites were much smaller than those displayed on the website - you may wish to check your pictures again. There was no laundry service availiable because 'two staff were off for christmas' - not really good enough. |

I found the room very clean and the service in the room was good Yes. I was amazed to find that the spa, fitness room and the swimming pool weren't available during the weekend !! |

Das Hotel hat mir ausnehmend gut gefallen, die Lage ist ein großes Plus. Auch Einrichtung, Personal, Restaurant waren in Ordnung. Ich würde wieder dort absteigen. |

Sehr zentral, schön und comfortabel. Die Dame an der Rezeption war recht gleichgültig und kurz angebunden. Das vermutlich kein Nichtraucherzimmer mehr zur Verfügung stand war ebenso wenig erwähnenswert, wie etwaige Frühstücks- oder Check-out Zeiten und ebenso wenig sonstige sicher tolle Serviceleistungen des Hotels. |
