The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for visiting a large variety of tourist highlights in the transylvania area. It is great for people who like to find nature trails as well as close to quaint towns and castles. It was a nice place to rest with the children at the end of the day. The carpet and furnishings were a bit old, and the hot water did not seem to work on the last day of our visit. We were there for the local Easter Holidays when there were quite a few other guests, but after the other guests left and it was just us, the dining room seemed to run out of quite a few of the usual offerings. |

Excellent selection of English spoken television channels, very clean rooms, cheap beer available from Hotel Bar, great view from our windows over the forrest and mountains, only a very short bus ride/taxi ride to Predeal the Skiing Resort town. Cold Water in the shower, not very pleasant at all. |

The staff were friendly and welcoming and always helpful. It is located in a very beautiful setting, is quiet and a relaxing place to stay. Some upgrading needs to be done - bathrooms & stair carpeting but on the whole it is good. Our little dog was made as welcome as we were. The kitchen staff need to be better organised when they have a booking for large groups as well as other guests. The Chef was so busy preparing for a large group that on our first night nothing we chose from the menu was available. No red wine and beer was warm! It got better on subsequent nights but we are sure a little organisation for looking after other guests will improve things greatly. |

Very relaxing setting. Room was actually better than I had expected.,even though from some information I had already I was alreading looking forward to going there. Kind, friendly staff members who gave me the feeling I was welcome. On my arrival the receptionist already knew my name after I just mentioned the fact that I had a booking through the Internet. Die gute ruhige Lage, die Nähe zu Brasov , das gute Angebot an öffentlichen Verkehrsmiiteln, Bahn und Bus, der Preis. Das ich bei der Ankunft das Zimmer im voraus bezahlen muß, dass ich jedes Getränk sofort bezahlen muß, dass das Personal lange diskudierenen muß, bis es weiß wieviel eine Flasche Wein kostet, dass im Badezimmer keine Steckose für den Rasierapparat vorhanden war und dass es ab 220 Uhr keine Geträke gab. |

cerca de la carretera pero aislado de ella por arboles, hotel de montaña grande, cuando estuvimos nosotros coincidimos con solo otros 2 huespedes, por lo tanto tuvimos tranquilidad, una habitacion economica i de buenas prestaciones, parte del staff no habla ingles, lo suplen con simpatia e interes por atendenderte, el camino desde la carretera hasta el hotel tenia mucha nieve pero se podia... instalaciones algo anticuadas, pero en buen estado. |

Sunt foarte putine lucruri bune de spus despre acest hotel!!! Sa se faca curatenie, sa se inlocuiasca mobila ( usa de la dulapul din camera nu se inchidea ), sa se inlocuiasca instalatiile. Nu cred ca s-a facut nicio reparatie de mai bine de 30 ani! |

Din pacate, cu toate ca hotelul este bun (desi nerenovat) si zona excelenta, din cauza mediatizarii slabe, am fost singuri in tot hotelul ! Asta in general nu este rau, dar poate crea si unele probleme sau disconfort. |
