Worst breakfast ever. The breakfast room had plastic table covers and the food was awful. They served two types of ham, one type of cheese and some eggs.

Good location overlooking the Danube and close to the town centre.

A power socket came off the wall when I tried to use it.

Hotel is situated on nice location. Staff speaks English pretty good.Free parking in front of hotel.

The hotel is very old ( like 70 ths) and windows have wood frame , air con was available for only half of the rooms , very ugly and disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Helpful facilities, located close to down town.

No Air Conditioned, No WiFi.

Hotelul este vechi, chiar daca este pastrat in stare buna, totul iti lasa impresia de vechi si nu te poti simti in largul tau.

Die schöne und ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Donau und die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum sind für mich die Gründe, dieses Haus wiederholt zu wählen. Dazu gefällt mir auch der etwas leicht morbide Charakter dieses Hotels aus vergangenen Zeiten .... Das Personal habe ich bei allen meinen Besuchen zudem als sehr freundlich und auch äusserst hilfsbereit erlebt.

Die Einrichtung des ganzen Hotels hätten sicher schone lange eine gründliche Sanierung verdient. Wenn man aber mit etwas veraltetem Komfort leben kann, wird man dieses Haus trotzdem schätzen lernen. Dazu kommt für mich ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in dieser Kategorie.

Very good location directly at the river, city center and a small park. Allover a Hotel with a special charme, friendly staff and an exceptional view on the river. Good value for money.

The location of the hotel and Danube view. The apartment room was nicely set out. Ease of booking. Friendliness and attempts made by the staff.

The stains on the carpet. Tiles falling off the bathroom walls. The shower fitting not fitting onto he wall - though his was replaced after reporting. Not having a plug for the bath or either wash-hand basin and not even turning up with one during our stay, even though it was promised on the first day. Lack of tea / coffee making facilities in the room and limited room service hours. Breakfast coffee (the worst I have ever tasted!) No bar or restaurant at ground level, just a very empty reception. Not even local tourism brochures. Apparent lack of support by management of their excellent staff who strove to please despite the run- down appearance of the building, inside and out.

The employees are great, they are helping you with all necessary information and trying to make you feel great. The hotel is on the Danube river and the view is great. The room is clean and relaxing.

The staff is very professional and they are offering you everything in order to feel good. The services are exceptional.
