friendly and helpful staff , short walking distance from the hotel to museum , fortification ,shoping arcade and Suceava painted monastery Some hotel staff could have given more accurate info regarding the location of the places.The use of flights of stairs to reach one's room as there exists no elevator . |

Totally, They want to be seen better than the real one , I think. The entrance is beautiful blue color and look great. But the locking notch of my room's door is very old and too hard to round for locking. The windows is too old and noisy with opening or closing. The price is not so expensive ,but I think they should repair the room's item before looking better the entrance, name and so on. |

Well placed at the centre of Suceava, but in a quiet corner. As usual in Romania, the price is above those of other European countries in terms of value for money. Many staff in the lobby and breakfast room seemed to be hanging around with nothing to do. |

No aircondition, no internet (only computer to use at lobby for extra money). No good for business travelers. This hotel needs serious renovation ! |

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar muy céntrico de Suceava, el personal es atento pero el mobiliario es un poco antiguo, como de otras épocas pasadas. El precio también está muy bien. |

Lokatie midden in de stad en eigen parkeervoorzieningen. Een gedateerd gebouw met liften uit jaar nul. We hadden een kamer boven een eetzaal en recht tegenover een klein kerkje dat bijna op het tyerrein staat. Tot vroeg in de nacht werd er beneden feest gevierd en vroeg in de ochtend werden we met klokgebeier op 40 meter afstand tot kerkgang geroepen. Niet aanbevolen voor een goede nachtrust. |

Doresc sa fac unele ecomentarii privind confortul din hotel:minibarul era gol si nu era in priza; in camera exista o singura veioza, tamplaria era proaspat vopsita (mirosea puternic) si intr-o stare de neglijenta (usa la baie era crapata de umezeala, cremonul de la balcon statea sa cada, gresia din baie era murdara de multa vreme, etc. |

nette Atmosphäre, ruhig, freundlich, zentral gelegen, Hotel war bei der Abholung vom Flughafen behilflich (Ankunft sehr spät abends) Das einzige, was mir negativ aufgefallen ist, war die schlechte Abdunkelung durch die Vorhänge. Das Hotel wird nachts stark von außen beleuchtet. |

mancava il tappo della vasca da bagno (che abbiamo dovuto chiedere piu` volte prima di avere), inoltre le finestre mancavano di opportune scure o tendaggi pesanti e la mattina alle 5:15 entrava troppa luce. Inoltre nella descrizioen era segnalato nella modalit' appartamento la presenza di una cassaforte e di climatizzazione che non erano assolutamente disponibili. |
