Nice location and clean rooms. Staff was not very friendly, Swimming pool was the main reason for me to stay in this hotel which was shut. Night was not open for the whole duration of my stay. that was a disoppiontment. |

Good quality hotel for Romania, high standard. Had to leave very early in the morning and they gave us breakfast to take with us. Good rooms. One to use again. |

Emplacement centre ville - Manque de charme - personnel pas toujours au service - ne surtout pas prendre de chambre le week-end qui donne coté club se trouvant au rdc. Tapage jusqu'à 4h du matin. |

La centralità e la facilità di poterlo trovare arrivando da qualsisasi direttiva. Ho apprezzato anche la disponibilità a non addebitare penali per lo spostamento di una prenotazione. ho trovato il copriletto sporco di apparentemente sangue nella parte sottostante. |

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums zentral und trotzdem ausreichend ruhig. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel ausgestattet. Der Service im Hotel ist gut. Gut ist auch der direkt vor dem Hotel befindlcihe bewachte Parkplatz. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind insbesondere durch die Geräusche der Straßenbahn bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut. |

Zentrale Lage, die ganze Innenstadt und die Bega konnten zu Fuß erledigt werden, gesicherter, bewachter Parkplatz, saubere Zimmer, kostenloser LAN-Anschluss auf den Zimmern. Die Undurchsichtigkeit beim Bezahlen der Rechnung. Man muss erst bezahlen, den Kreditkarten-Beleg unterschreiben, dann erhält man die Rechnung. Ist die Rechnung falsch, wird das umständlich storniert, und das Zahlungsprozedere beginnt erneut, dabei kann es dann passieren, dass beide Zahlungen abgebucht werden. |

All'interno del ristorante non è prevista un'area per non fumatori. I prezzi del ristorante sono davvero molto elevati, anche per gli standard italiani e il rapporto qualità prezzo non è soddisfacente. |

Gepflegt, sauber, geräumig, Frühstück ok, weibliches Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Für Warmwasser muß man ziemlich lange warten (wahrscheinlich wegen sehr langen Wasserleitungen und wenig Gäste), das männliche Personal (die einzige Ausnahme war der Parkplatzwächter) könnte so wie üblich im Gastgewerbe etwas freundlicher sein, der Barkeeper war froh um 23:05 eine Bestellung ablehnen zu können weil angeblich die Bar bereits geschlossen sei, obwohl er gerade andere Gäste bediente... |

Sehr guter Service und freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Gute Küche. Geräumige und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Klimaanlage und Internetanschluss auf jedem Zimmer. Sonnabends Tanz- und andere Veranstaltungen mit lauter Musik bis ca. 03.oo Uhr früh. Je nach Lage des Zimmers mehr oder weniger Lärmbelästigung. |
