Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Rooms feels like being "old", widows frames look like being old and dusty.. Sound insulation very poor (rooms separated by a locked door). Tv has only a few channels available. |

Change the staff. All of it. They did not prepare the bed even though they knew I was accompanied by a little baby. The concierge said: "Please forgive me, my shift has just begun and I didn't know". The sink in the room was not working properly. The hotel doorman was very concern on how long I intended to use the parking, for it is not free and never had any intention to help me with luggage... |

Mobilierul din camera lasa de dorit,curatenia asa si asa mirosul de mancare de pe hol....Sincer mai mult de 2 stele nu i-as da.In concluzie nu este de mers cu un copil de 1 an si recomand cu toata caldura pensiunile in schimbul hotelurilor. |

Servicii corecte pentru 3 stele. Nivel de confort la limita inferioara pentru 3 stele. Mic dejun in regula, dar cam sarac pentru 3 stele, necesitand imbunatatiri. Lista de programe TV oferite este suparator de mica. Da. La micul dejun toti clientii trebuie sa beneficieze de aceleasi produse, nu doar cei care vin la ora 7 dimineata! Daca este un program afisat pentru mic dejun, atunci toate produsele care se epuizeaza trebuie rapid inlocuite. Nu e normal sa astepti destul de mult timp sau sa trebuiasca sa ceri lucrul asta. Da o nota de economie cu orice pret, pe banii clientilor. |

De lokatie midden in de stad is erg fijn. Het hotel is ook gemakkelijk te vinden en heeft goede parkeervoorzieningen met bewaking. Het is echt een gedateerd gebouw met voorzieningen uit de communistische tijd. Bij wind rammellen de ramen. In de badkamer zijn de details zodanig dat het zichtbaar moeilijk is schoon te houden. |
