Everything was perfect.The hotel was extremely clean,the rooom big and luxurious(and we had the stadard),24hours reasonably priced room service,top class breakfast(and the restaurant),polite and helpfull service,fantastic swimming pool.A true 5 star. I believe that in 2009 the internet should be free in any good hotel.The price of the water was quite high. |

The location is good..Because I stayed there for the Tourism Fair and it was so close to the Romexpo. 1)At the C/in time they didn't find my reservation that I did online by booking.com.I waited almost 10 minutes in front office for check my reservation request..And finally reservation department fixed my reservation.2)They musn't change the clients rooms without inform them.I was staying room 310 on 16.10.2009 and 17.10.2009 but when I came back to my room at the third day evening.All my stuff wasn't in the room.They changed my room without any information to me to room 157.This behave never fits to a 5 stars Hotel.They said"Chineese delagation came to the Hotel and they will stay in the same flat..For that reason changed your room".It wasn't smart for a 5 stars Hotel.At least they could say me that situation in C/in time or the other days |

We appreciate a lot garden and quiet position.Good buffet and breakfast.EXCELLENT STAFF.Nice pool.Near to shopping mall They should renovate rooms and public areas |

Breakfast service at room is very nice and room is big and clean enough. Quality of service and stuff is not 5 stars hotel in other country. When I paid with cash, there is a small amount of change but he did not give me that. After I asked change, he gave me. Even if small amount, it is not normal not to give the customer. In addition they called the taxi company who tried to cheat me. |

the location was perfect very easy to find the staff was very helpfull always want to help very good breakfast very nice pool and jacuzzi very good value for the price I paid. |

some stuff are very kind, some stuff are very unkind. when I asked a taxi, one stuff tried to recommend to take a hotel car and he didn't call taxi soon. Before they had slipper but this time they didn't have.. |

Faptul ca era liniste ,verdeata ,o zona rezidentiala din care mi-a fost usor sa ajung in locatiile in care am avut intalniri,piscina pe care din pacate doar am vizitat-O.... Inspirativa din stilul de la phoenicia mai ales vizavi de restaurante,preturi, servire ,personal. |

Die Lage ist für die Flughafenerreichbarkeit sehr gut, der Service ist sehr professionel, die Frühstücksterasse bei schönem Wetter sehr zu empfehlen. War wie immer sehr zufrieden. |

La cordialità dello staff. Localizzato idealmente per gli incontri che avevo programmato. Localizzato in un'area molto verde e ben tenuta, facendo dimenticare il fatto che si trova in posizione centrale di una capitale caotica. I prezzi esorbitanti del ristorante. Il costo di una cena frugale é risultato il doppio di quanto pagato per l'intero soggiorno. |
