Crystal Palace Hotel  

It is a nice hotel, convenient for me because of the location.

The night traffic could be occasionally disturbing, but i did not have a problem sleeping.

The staff is very friendly, responsive and helpful. The room was quite spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is excellent and the internet connection worked perfect. The attentiveness of the staff and the personalized hand-written card turned me into a regular guest. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The room (509) was quite small compared to those I stayed in a couple of years ago.

Hotel is nice. Good service. I didn´t hear something from the steet, "sound proof windows. Food 7/10, room 8/10 TV was smaal, barhroom 9/10, reception 9/10.

Location was brilliant for me as the hotel is close to the office. I was also very pleased with the personal card received on arrival in my room and the fresh fruit (wow!). The gym facility was good and nice and cool in the basement. Good bedroom comfort, decent food and very attentive staff

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant is extremely friendly. You feel unique because they write a personal message with your name putting themselves at your full disposal. Anyway they do not miss to remind you at any time and everywhere that they are at your disposal at any time. Modern and very clean, comfortable structure. I will certainly come back here when arriving to Bucarest.

Staff attitude towards customers -friendly and caring

On the front side towards the main boulevard it is quite noisy 24 hours. Windows insulation does not help much.

The hotel has been recently renovated and it looks great! People from the staff are doing their best to offer you a great stay! They are always at your service trying to please you in everything you want/need! Breakfast has good fresh food and is very well organized! I enjoyed my stay and i will surley come back again!

I regularly stay in Crystal Palace Hotel while visiting Bucharest, as it is in my opinion one of the best hotels in town, and especially considering price and value. Rooms are spacious and modern, but the biggest asset is the hotel staff. They will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. Late at night, early in the morning, Crystal Palace staff is always helpful, and doing so with a smile. Receptionists are so friendly and polite, they all deserve to be elected as next Miss Romania. "Your home away from home" is the slogan of this hotel. And indeed for me it is. I just can recommend other travellers to make it their home too. A big thanks to everybody in Crystal Palace Hotel!

Well, it has nothing to do with the hotel itself (see my praise just above), but be careful with taxi drivers in Bucharest. Not all, but certainly many of them are real crooks and will try to cheat on you (just to name Taxi as as one company better to be avoided).

I would recommend them to either give a menu when you come for breakfast, or have a buffet, instead of telling them what you want to have for breakfast.

Pozitia foarte buna. Taxi costa 10 lei pana oriunde. Statia de taxi este in fata hotelului.

Exagerat de politicosi angajatii din hol si mic dejun. Poarta toti o "masca". Joaca un rol. Se straduiesc prea mult.

Personal amabil, curatenie in camera. Locatia este ok.

Recomand acest hotel tuturor celor care isi doresc o locatie linistita, relativ aproape de aeroport, centre expozitionale, usor de ajuns in centru, WI-FI gratuit, personal bine pregatit, amabil, curatenie, relaxare prin accesul gratuit la fitness si sauna.
