La limpieza en general y tanto el horario como el servicio de la cafeteria. Que no haya rampa para acceder al hall del hotel. Que expliquen con más exactitud cómo llegar el primer dia Está muy bien situado cerca del metro pero si no lo sabes tardas mucho en encontrarlo. |

La atencion recibida. La simpatia y buen trato del personal. La cortesia esmerada y el confort tano de la habitacion como del resto de instalaciones. Nota a "motivo de su estancia": Trabajo y Turismo No puedo responder a esta pregunta, porque todo me ha gustado. Muy bueno. A sólo 2 calles de la Plaza Unirii, centro neurálgico de la ciudad, y parada de metro de la M1 y M2. En metro llegas en 20 minutos en la estación de trenes (Gara de Nord) y caminando en 7 a la calle Lipscani. El autobus 784 que viene desde el aeropuerto te deja en la plaza Unirii (Precio: 5 lei, aprox 1.4€. Duración: 40 min). Buen desayuno. El precio de booking no incluye los impuestos de la ciudad los, 3% del valor que dan. La primera noche te la cargan inmeditamente a la tarjeta. No se si es malo, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta. |

Staff were very helpful with giving us an idea of where to eat/drink etc. Good venue. Great value for money We had a flood in our room down to no fault of our own. The cleaners came in to clear this up but didn't make any difference. The floor was soaking wet in the living area. When we asked the cleaners if they could clean it properly they were very aggressive towards us. A 1 off. |

The staff were very professional and helpful, especially the receptionists. And my room was excellent. It is somewhat off the beaten track but this slight inconvenience was more than compensated for by all the good things I am happy to recall. |

nice staff, willing to help; fairly good location; you can not open windows which is horrible for someone who does not like aircon and fumbling fan; if you do not like to sleep at a loudly blowing fan you have to survive staying in a stinking, airless room |

Double deluxe room has a generous space and confortable arrangement. Room had no opening window. Individual conditioned air installation didn't work so we're overheating for a while. Fortunately, the staff managed to switch on the general instalation and everything went normally. |

I didn't like the fact that they started vacuming the hallways early in the morning, it's quite noisy. Also, the bathtub is tiny and the showerhead was way too low (I'm 1m87), it reached my chin. |

Nice and very helpful staff at reception. The possibility by the hotel to arrange transprotation to and from airport was very convenient. Nice and weil furished rooms. Good location near Unirii square. The breakfast buffe was not so big but quite OK. The dinner at the restaurant didn't gave value for the money. Don't eat at the hotel in the evening. The staff at dinner serving was very un-professional and ignorant. |
