facilites good and location is walkable to town centre. staff were helpful never responded to my 2 emails on how to get to the hotel. |

Staff were generally very helpful including a 4am airport departure and providing a meal on arrival to a weary family (we used this hotel either end of a fortnight in rural Transylvania) Breakfast was a little disappointing in quality compared to similiarly rated hotels elsewhere in Europe. But better than another hotel with a higher profile. |

staff were very helpful and friendly lack of a window in my room was very weird to me. Had a skylight but that's not the same. Bed comfort level was so-so. |

nettes Ambiente sauber, Personal nett und kompetent Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist eigentlich in Ordnung das Frühstück am Sonntag ist erst ab neun Uhr, dass ist zu spät! Vom Zentrum und Bahnhof doch etwas zu entfernt |

アットホームな雰囲気で、フロントのおねーさんもいろいろと臨機応変な対応をしてくれてたすかった。 ブッキングコムの地図が間違っていて、見つけるのが大変だった。実際には、川の南側ではなく、北側。ネットが60分まで無料と、ウェルカムシートには書いてあったけど、「5分！」といわれて、でも60分くらいつかっちゃったけど特に請求はされなかった。 |

Freundlichkeit des Personals Die Straße vor dem Hotel aufgerissen, kein Parkplatz, nur auf dem Gesteig in der angrenzenden Straße, dadurch weiter Weg mit dem Gepäck zum Hotel . Butter beim Frühstück ranzig. |
