It was fairly cheap compared to other places in Cluj Napoca and located not far from the centre. The room was clean and air-conditioned. Also, since there were not many guests at the time of our visit we were offered a nicer accommodation (two rooms apartment with a balcony) for the same price. The staff member offered to prepare a lunch package to take away since we were leaving before breakfast but she forgot we were vegetarians. We ended up hungry. Also, could improve on breakfast (ie. Water should be hot enough to brew tea) and staff training (were not able to help us with info on buses or events in the city).

The design, the big room with leather sofa and armchairs, the free wi-fi and free parking the quiet neighborhood and last but not least I was accepted with my dog without conditions. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the window although interesting placed on the ceiling was hard even impossible to open.

50% price promotion from booking, which is in fact the correct price small room, you have to sqeeze in order to reach bathroom, no shower courtain, after shower looks like pool. cleaning was done around 8:30 while I was having my breakfast and my stuff were open, not packed yet. after complaining about the above I got explaind this happened due to cleaninng lady decision, but didn't receive any excuse or good-bye at leaving. little courtesy will be welcomed.

The bathroom is very very small and the water pressure not so good. Also I didn't like the ceiling window, difficult to be opened. The breakfast was basic.Clean, quiet, good location for my purpose on visting Cluj, but definitely no 5 stars, maybe 3+

Fantastic decoration from the outside, reception and restaurant room. The attention and kindness of the employees was great. Four stars hotel? Five stars hotel? I've been cheated: this is really a two stars (**) pension! And that it's! The stars they put on the entrance and lobby is just to fool internet possible future clients and to impress. Besides, water taked 20 minutes everyday to warm, for having a shower. And the breakfast was very limited: never had scrambled eggs in 10 days. And the noise of hairdryers and vacum cleeane's morning cleaning's wakes you every morning: the sound isolation was awfull! Escape from there as much as you can, avoid it, that's my advise...

J'ai trouvé l'accueil de la pension "déjà vu" formidable! Les gens y sont patients, doux et attentifs. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et la cuisine simple mais de bonne qualité. Certaines personnes fument dans l'entrée.

L'albergo è grazioso e ben arredato in un'area tranquilla della città. La posizione è un po' periferica e il bagno presenta qualche inconveniente nella manutenzione degli arredi.

Totul, absolut tot, dar mai cu seama personalul (receptionera) pensiunii, care a fost extrem de amabila si atenta pentru ca noi sa ne bucuram de tot confortul. Va recomandam sincer sa folositi serviciile acestei pensiuni. Nimic nu este de "reclamat".

Pensiunea ,desi este intr-o cladire veche,este renovata si ofera conditii bune de cazare si masa.Camera in care am stat era spatioasa ,iar micul dejun o.k.Personalul este foarte amabil,si zona linistita. Am ajuns putin cam greu la locatie,dat fiind faptul ca strada pe care se afla pensiunea nu este o artera principala.
