Nice room, nice atmosphere, small but very modern fitness room, sauna is great. You have to pay extra for the spa. Steam bath smells very mouldy. |

Staff and the rooms were very clean. Price is also ok They did a mistake with our reservation (overbooking?) so we had to argument a lot to get a room. Begin a stay with that stress is no good.Also there was a wedding on saturday, so that restaurant, bar and spa were closed for all day. |

the room service gilrl that was on the night shift went far beyond her remit of duties and was very helpful if you arrive late there are no facilites avaliabe to get some food only coffees avaliable |

Good breakfast, excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was very comfortable, the bed was excellent and the cleanliness of the room and bedding top standard. |

Well placed, easy to reach from the Central area, modern, perfectly for young lovers / honeymoon The effort to look modern has been frequently put above the search for comfort for the traveller. The furniture and equipment looks great but it is not so usefull and comfortable as it should have been. |

Nice relaxed atmosfere. Did not like the staff smoking in the food preparation area. The hotel is very clean but the smell of the cigarete smoke is not very pleasant. |

The hotel itself was nice, the staff helpful and the room comfortable. The only problem was the distance from the city centre which was not as short as described and we had a problem to find it since the location was not correctly explained. |

Not a lot. Being able to use wireless internet in the room. The spa was not open (although they did offer to open it when I complained) and no mention was made in the literature that there is a fee of around £12 pp to use the spa. |

Helpful staff. Nice big room. Hot water at all times. Very impressive taxi service at 4.30 am, arrived within 2 minutes of the call. Rooms 213-215 not on the signs - only up to 212 in hall, causing confusion. No CNN, BBC world or Sky news/english language channel, a bit surprising for an international business hotel. |

The hotel was great, service was excellent and the staff really went out of their way to help. Breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were very nice. Highly recommended. Did not use the spa - but do not think it was working. As mentioned in other posts, the City is quite far (30 mins walking) but cabs are plentiful and cheap (ask the hotel to arrange one for you)...will cost around 1 EUR to get to town. Only problem we had was the A/c was not working in the hotel and therefore the room was hot and if you open the window you can hear dogs barking in the evening. |

Internet WiFi free of charge at good quality, parking and SPA free of charge Before I did reservation I called to reception in order to be sure that all services are working but 2nd day I was told that SPA is closed. Only after my insistence it was put in operation, however without any stuff, so I did not receive any towel. Some of sockets in my room were wrested from (dangerous) and some of them were out of order (uncomfortable for notebook connection). |
