For those more tranquil moments, The Nest is an ideal retreat with its well-appointed library containing fine and rare books on natural history, angling, art and culture plus maps and extensive reference material on the Danube delta. Each of the 30 spacious villas offers a separate living room and lounge, a spacious bathroom and a wide veranda with breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic plains stretching to the horizon.

Built from wood and stone, the villas are elegantly furnished with dark wood furniture and cool white interiors. Rooms are superbly appointed and together with premium in-room toiletries ensure the ultimate in personal comfort and convenience.

Delta Nature Resort is located on the banks of the Somova lake, 20 km from the town of Tulcea in eastern Romania.
