The room, the location at the river and the friendly staff

it is quite and pleasant . the room we got at the beginning was big but we had to change since the bed was not a double one nice view

no curtains in the bath tab , the t.v is too small for that distance from the bad- in room 626 ? in the lobby-no cakes or fruits so we had to go to the other hotel ! the , at the reception you should give more accurate information about the sailing since many people come for the delta danube and it would be nice to explain the kinds of boats and sailing !!

The location on the Danube with a beautiful view over the river. Staff was friendly and they served the breakfast even if it was 11:00 AM, long after official breakfast time was over.

Nous avons trouvé inacceptable qu' un hôtel 4 étoiles puissent offrir un restaurant 3 étoiles d'une qualité qui ne fût pas du tout à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons été fortement déçu par le restaurant de l'hôtel. Par contre le petit déjeuner servi à l'hôtel 4 étoiles fût très bien.

A kilátás a szobából nagyon jó volt, valamint a szálloda konyhája is jó színvonalú volt.

Wir hatten die Suite im 6ten Stock mit einem einmaligen Blick auf die Donau. Die Kinder mussten auf einer Schlafcouch liegen, aber das war durchaus OK. Der Doppelwhirlpool anstatt einer Dusche begeisterte besonders die Kinder. Die Rezeption hat uns problemlos und schnell ein Boot für die Delta Rundfahrt organisiert.

Die Qualität der Wellnessanlage entsprach nicht 4 Sternen, da sie schon älter war und im Bereich des Hotels Delta 3 untergebracht ist. Der Frühstücksraum war ziemlich ungemülich eingerichtet, hat aber auch einen schönen Blick auf die Donau geboten.
