It is very convenient hotel for those who want to stay near Bucharest Airport OTP. The hotel provides free transfers to and from the the airport. The price is very reasonable. The staff is extremely helpful. It. There are no shops or restaurents nearby but hotel does have its own restaurant with a barwhich has an extensive menu. I had an international flight leaving at 6:10 AM. The hotel provided the transfer to the airport at 4:00AM. It took only 7 minutes in car. They also picked me up the day before from the airport.

The people at the Denisa Hotel are very nice. The breakfast was good, although quite expensive. The breakfast room and the lounge are well designed. A good restaurant is close to the hotel. The shuttle service from the airport is comfortable. It was quite noisy during the night and the bath room was not clean enough.

We did like that the hotel is close to the airport and provide shuttle service to the airport, bonus for the hotel, however, trying to take a shower it may be somewhat of an experience since the water it goes from hot to cold in a matter of seconds. Other than that our experience with Hotel Denisa was good, the staff was very helpful and respectful . We will stay at this hotel in the future. shuttle service to the airport, bonus for the hotel

We are returning customers and have been using the Denisa hotel for a number of years now. Most of all, we would like to acknowledge its staff and the tremendous service they provide - more than once they went out of their way to exceed our expectations. Rooms are always clean and beds are top notch, ensuring a deep and rewarding sleep even on short overnights. Some of the showers there are in need of repair; from this perspective we prefer the standard rooms over the suites (equipped with fancy showers which tend not to work).

The airport shuttle at any hour was a huge plus, given our early flight. The desk clerk was polite and helpful. It wasn't an amazing hotel, but it was convenient and provided everything necessary. Very difficult to reach with public transportation. We ended up taking a taxi from the Bucharest train station and the driver had to stop to ask pedestrians for directions 4 times.

The fact that it was so close to the airport and that they took me to the airport the next day ( was included in the price) . It was very small as size, but clean and not very expensive. Over all it was a good experience. The fact that the rooms are so small.

Stayed there between flights. They went to pick me up at the airport, I slept 5 hours, then they dropped off in the morning. Grand total spent in Romania: 35€. the staff was helpful and the room was clean. The place is in a business park 10min from the airport... Bit sketchy

I stayed at hotel Denisa 2 times - because of its airport vicinity - both times I was impressed with hotel staff availability regarding airport transportation - they called me, they knew about the plane landing half an hour in advance, it was great that they were already there.

- The shuttle to the airport which is convenient when you have departure times during the night, having in mind that with the location of the hotel to ask for a taxi is not an easy task! -The hotel is not known even by the taxi drivers from Bucharest! I took a taxi at the railway station and it got lost to drive me to the hotel, which was only found after several phone calls from the driver to find directions to arrive to the hotel! - The service at the restaurant is not serious! You ask one of the dishes and when the bill comes they charge more than on the list, saying that they added on your order some vegetables or so, which you did not asked for and that there were not clear on the list they did not belong to the dish you ordered! - Since the hotel is located far from any transport, taxi included, you have not much chance to get other meals apart the ones of that restaurant
