Overall a pleasant experience: friendly staff, free airport shuttle (including early rides like 5 AM!) good restaurant. The location is really near HenriCoanda airport (OTP), but distant from downtown Bucharest (~45 min drive). The bed in my room was brick-hard, being the only complaint about the hotel. This is a good choice if you have to catch an really early flight. |

The free shuttle to the airport allowed us to move about more easily. The breakfast, although pricey, was good. The hotel staff were quite helpful. The local restaurant was fun, if a bit over priced. The nearby bakery is a hidden gem!! The location makes it hard to get to without a taxi ride, which can be a hassle from the airport. The taxi drivers are like vulture, so be careful. |

We stayed at Denisa hotel because of an early flight the next day. I was very pleased with the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. All and all, it was a very pleasant experience. For those who like soft beds, it will be a little rough |

The hotel is set in the middle of an industrial area. The surrounding area was dirty although the hotel grounds were clean and tidy. In the evening we went for a walk and did not feel safe infact after a few minutes we turned back. I did not see anything in the write up of the hotel that warned of the surroundings. Obviously not in their benefit to do so. |

Very friendly staff. No hastle checking in and out. Prompt and thurough ensuring that we made our flight (5 AM trip to airport). Good area for walking around town and access to Bucharest. The hardest bed we have ever slept in. |

Denisa Hotel is about 10mins from the airport and we stayed there because of late incoming flight to Bucharest. The hotel was nice (clean, tv, shower, ac) but a bit out of the way - it's worth calling dh and asking for the shuttle as a taxi ride is likely to be severley OVERpriced and it is not easy to get there by any other way. It was a bit out of the way and seem to be located on an industrial estate. |
