Location close to the train station was convenient The air conditioning is very inadequate so the room was hot. In summer, that makes it not a very nice place to stay, although the rest of the year it is probably good. Also, a place that says "breakfast included" should include more and better breakfast choices on their menu. |

De mensen hebben duidelijk nog geen gevoel voor klantenbinding. Bij de bediening krijg je het gevoel een lastige onderbreking te zijn i.p.v. een positief te benaderen klant. In de eetzaal staad TV en muziek onaangenaam hard. Geen achtergrond gebeuren maar duidelijk t.b.v het personeel zodat ze het overal horen. |
