Great location, overlooking the sea and within walking distance to town center and local shopping area. Rooms, corridors and other common areas are very clean. Half of the staff speaks English and/or other foreign languages. No problem with safety for guests or their belongings. All personnel is polite and discrete. There is no telephone in the rooms. Restaurant service is not good: too many waiters, all of them pretending not seeing their guests. Wait time to order and than wait for food is beating any world records. Menu is only in Romanian. Buffet breakfast does not exist (despite the promises of the original reservation); instead, there are 5 packages of breakfasts (one of them is never available), consisting always of a cold omelet and burned toasts (with delicious honey and marmalade though). Only one small coffee is included in the breakfast; all drinks above it are charged extraordinarily high: I payed 10 lei (approx. 2.5 Euro or 3.5 USD) for each extra tea or coffee. |

Staff helpful, good food, close to beach, wi fi internet not reliable. The room air con not working sufficiently. Had good sea views, although a little noisy. Not enough facilties. |

Singurul lucru placut la hotel a fost asezarea acestuia pe faleza , in rest aproape nimic nu a fost asa cum m-as fi asteptat ( avand in vedere cele scrise in prezentarea hotelului ) . Schimbarea managementului hotelului si , mai important ,al mentalitatii oamenilor care lucreaza in hotel . |

Strandnähe, Blick auf das Meer, das Bett war ok, Aircondition vorhanden und intakt Bad und Toilette waren zwar sauber, die Armaturen aber rostig und die Fugen in der Dusche waren undicht (Wasser rann vermutlich in die untere Etage). Der Zimmerservice war ebenso "mager". Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. |

Situation proche de la mer; staff accepte de faire purées pour bébé sur demande patron; assez bonne isolation si fenêtres fermées; quelques serveurs ou autre staff n'attendent pas automatiquement le "backshich"! Pas de changement de linge (P.ex. Tous les 3 jours...), pas de rangement minimal de la chambre et pas de vidage des poubelles réguliers; air conditionné ne marche pas toujours; canapé lit extensible très peu commode; pas possible de boucher baignoire (bain bébé); pas de chaise haute bébé; qualité des repas moyenne; longueur pour le service de table pour tous les repas, même si peu de clients et staff présent (P.ex. 30 minutes pour déjeuner lait froid avec quelques corn flakes et 8 tranches d'oranges coupées). En bref, le tout ne valait pas 130 Euro la chambre double! |

Amabilitatea si zambetul personalului , saluturile erau calde si sincere , a fost un concediu placut petrecut atat in apropierea plajei cat si a centrului comercial . Ceva mai multa promptitudine in ceea ce priveste personalul deservent dimineata la micul dejun ! |

Als u geen klanten wil verliezen schrap dit hotel aub het was een ramp de kakkerlakken,mieren,enz. Hebben het beter dan de hotelgasten het was mijn 200euro nietwaart ze geven mooie beelden van de zee maar dat is het over dit hotel. We hebben in andere hotels overnacht mooier,goedkoper,en zeer goed. |

Vennlige og flinke kelnere og "staff". God mat og vin, rimellig opphold og mat, flott beliggenhet, fin strand med utmerkede bademuligheter, gode shoppingmuligheter, passe stort, fin uterestaurant, fred og ro. Rene handklær hver dag, og nok toalettpapir. |

Traumhafter Blick auf die Schwarzmeerküste. Sehr zuvorkommendes, bemühtes Personal. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Im Zimmer war es etwas staubig. |
