Great location close to the nursery slope and the lift to top of the mountain. Bowling alley was fun :-)

Would be good if the pool was also open in the mornings.

Great food, try the restaurant.

Great hotel perfectly situatated to benefit from all the facilities in Poiana. Three minute walk to the main ski lifts and the childrens slope. Five minute walk to the sledging slope. The rooms are extremely comfortable and perfectly clean. The other facilities in the hotel are excellent, great pool, indoor and outdoor play grounds for children and proper bowling facilites. The food was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. All in all great value and the best hotel I have experienced in Poiana.

The staff were excellent - Alex in particular was extremely helpful with skiing and everything i needed. The pool and spa was lovely and again the pool staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The hotel is well located, within walking distance of most attractions in Piana Brasov

Although the hotel was mostly empty when we arrived on a thursday, we were given an apartment located over the kitchen, resulting in early morning and late evening noise from blenders and other food preparing activities. There was also construction or repair work being done in the hotel which meant more noise. That lasted for two days. Although the hotel manager was nice and apollogised for all inconveninces, the regular reception staff was spaced out, not knowing what is going on and rude in behaviour. Over all a bad experience, would not reccommend the hotel.

This hotel has a very good location for winter sports enthusiasts being very close to the cable cars and the ski rental centers. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. They allowed us to do a late checkout so we were able to catch an extra full day of sking.

Am stat destul de putin. Pretul relativ mare al excursiei pentru o familie cu mai multi copii.

Personalul hotelului este deosebit si amabil. Hotelul a fost foarte curat,o igiena deosebita la piscina si spa.Piscina avea apa calda si cu saruri benefice pentru reumatism. Piscina era dotata si cu doua pompe de apa pentru masaj cervical care erau foarte relaxante mai ales dupa o zi lunga de ski. Micul dejun era foarte variat si bogat. Camera avea vedere spre peisajul nemaipomenit si spre partiile de ski,era placut sa te uiti pe geam dimineata . Temperatura camerei era perfecta. Hotelul dispune si de o pista de bowling si alte lucruri interactive la care puteai sa mergi dupa o zi de ski. In final totul a fost super ok va recomand acest hotel.

Locatia este excelenta pentru un weekend la ski.

Reactia personalului de la receptie in rezolvarea problemelor clientilor trebuie imbunatatita. Incalzirea in camera nu a functionat, apa din cabina de dus se scurgea pe pardoseala din baie ( cam 318)

Personal amabil, manager omniprezent si amabil, ospatari bine pregatiti, apartamentul spatios.

Prietenii nostri au avut probleme cu apa calda la apartamentele de la mansarda. Salonul pentru nefumatori a fost ocupat in intregime de un grup si nu mai puteai lua masa la nefumatori, motiv pentru care am plecat in alta parte.

не все сотрудники отеля знают английский язык, и похоже не очень этим обеспокоены..... Возмутительное курение в общем ресторане, где находятся дети!!!! не смотря на законодательство евросоюза, прохладная сауна и не очень теплый бассейн.
