Hotel Esplanada  

Very pleasant stay. I hope to return.

I had the worst hotel experience in my life. During the check out, the staff asks to check my suitcases for missing bath robes from my room! Being in a hurry, I have no choice but to let them check my belonging. I was a dishonorable experience for me, my wife and my friends. After the shameful experience and no “law-breaking” were found the receptionist provided a poor letter of explanations, wrong stating that I accept their apologies. I have doubts if such a hotel deserves to be represented by an international and well known organization like booking.com.

Good location with wonderful view of part of the Danube delta, staff very helpful, even let me use one of their offices to sort out my flight check in. Had a problem with the room (leak) and they happily provided an alternative room

Quite a good breakfast spread, only let down by the only bread available being either plain white or brown sliced, a minor complaint :)

Disponibilitatea receptionerilor la diverse solicitari, cum ar fi un check out intarziat sau cafeaua servita in lobby la ora 6.30 a.m., inainte de deschiderea restaurantului sau a barului.

Weil wir bereits um 06h auf den Zug nach Bukarest mussten, machten das Hotel wegen dem fehlendem Frühstück ein Lunchpacket. Der Hammer!

Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Donau. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gutes Restaurant.

Frühstück ist I.O. aber nichts besonderes

Camera mare. Vedere frumoasa catre Dunare.

- Am gasit gindaci in camera - i-am fotografiat si am aratat pozele receptionerei care nega ca hotelul ar "detine" asa ceva. - Pe peretele din baie si pe cuierul de inox pentru prosoape am gasit par si mizerie necuratata. - Dusul era crapat si apa curgea in toate partile. Au mai fost si altele dar nu vreau sa fiu considerat circotas. Macar le-am semnalat receptionerei.
