i like the hospitality of the hotel staff...and the girl who speaks influent english ..she was very nice with me and very helpful , especially when she gave me some advices where to go and how mich you should pay to the taxi service ... i didn't like ignoring the cleaning of the room the 1st day which forced me to ask for this from the reception the next day ....but even they cleaned it they changed only the blanket but the kept the cover of the matress which was unhealthy,,,

Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. - karig ontbijt - douchekop paste niet in de houder waardoor je hem constant vast moet houden - kamer niet geventileerd voor aankomst waardoor het een broeikas was en het 1,5 uur duurde tot de warmte een beetje draaglijk was om te gaan slapen. Beetje jammer wanneer je om 23.30 uur aankomt...

Personnel très aimable,serviable et parfaitement bilingue,propreté irréprochable,très proche du centre ville,aucun reproche d'ailleurs j'ai dû retarder mon retour alors je n'ai pas hésité à rajouter 3 nuits Petit déjeuner moyen(pas assez english-breakfeast à mon goût),après chacun mange à sa façon.

Aproape de stadionul National, am venit pentru meci. Curatenie OK, mic dejun OK. Camerele sunt mic.Teoretic te poti caza cu inca 2 copii in camera, la acelasi pret, dar greu te vei descurca cu spatiul, iar loc de un pat suplimentar nu exista

Chambre correcte,assez loin du centre ville Si vous voulez faire la fête toute la nuit dans tous les étages ,c'est l'endroit idéal. Si vous venez pour dormir c'est raté!Nous avons mis deux jours pour nous remettre des nuits de l'EST hotel

I was made to feel welcome. Any requests made were attended to promptly and efficiently. I would definitely return when visiting Bucharest as I regarded the hotel as excellent value for money. The only problem is that, as policy, they do not supply plugs for the wash basins in the ensuite bathrooms

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms-very clean (the Housekeeper came every day). The breakfast was more than enough for this small hotel. Definitely, I will reccommend this hotel to my friends (perfect for a city/week-end break). 10/10 The toilets need a small refurbishment :).
