Location, clean rooms, we even got upgraded, excellent staff
Parking garage was a bit scary, very narrow, but I guess space is a problem if you want to be right downtown...
Staff nice Central Clean
Location, confort, staff.
Flexibility Ain some procedures
Everything was Very good.
The breakfast was expensive relative to the excellent breakfast served around the corner.
Position of the hotel, customer focus from the staff, pleasant surroundings
Traffic all night in the main road
Good location at the edge of the historic centre. Excellent room. Shower, bidet, toilet and large bath. Close proximity to a variety of restaurants with inside and outside dining facilities.
Fantastic location close to so many things. Close to food stalls and restaurants, antique shops, historic buildings and Vlad the Impalers Castle. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable. Vouchers from the hotel for a Great Steakhouse with western theme decor. Would recommend for a great stay.
Very welcoming and professional staff Nice rooms - modern, clean and quiet Great location Good breakfast
Hotel Parking was not available - be aware that you should reserve a spot in advance. The staff helped us find public parking about 10 minutes away by foot.
Excellent location and very kind staff.
My room was not very large and toilet is a little bad positioned (you touch the toilet paper support with your foot when standing down)
excellent beds, nice bathroom, perfect location
wifi sometimes a bit slow; lots of gypsies hanging around in the street of the main entrance
Overpriced shuttle to the airport compared to the local prices. The taxi company the hotel has the arrangement is not reliable. You can agree on one price but eventually be charged much more. Be alert!
The hotel is located right at the start of the old town, but at just the right distance, so there is barely any noise from the crazy nightlife around. The rooms are ok, the bed was comfortable.
I thought the cleanliness could be improved in the bathroom. Also the decorative cushion on the bed was gross, with stains of god knows what origin on it... The rest looked pretty good though. We thought the bottles of water with price tax throughout the room were unnecessary.
In the heart of the city, really great for tourists. It is a 4* hotel indeed.
1) Close to impossible to find a parking space next to the hotel. I managed to park a couple of blocks away in one of the many one-way streets with a no parking sign. I asked a local guy who was parking right behind me if the police were strict there. He pointed at some houses and said those didn't have their own parking so the police turn a blind eye to parking there. However, we wanted to use the hotel's underground car park to be on the safe side, but we didn't manage to as there were two cars blocking the way. 2) The entrance is in the pedestrian street, and bearing in mind 1) think well when packing your luggage.
location large rooms cleanliness
Room was clean, tidy and had the essentials. On the edge of old town, easy to access nightlife and public transport.
Small and simple room and window onto busy road was a little noisy.
Double bed was composed of two single bed. That was only drawback from this hotel. Other than that it was great choice.
Excellent hotel, satisfied with everything!
The Staff is very young and always willing to help. The location is also great, right in the middle of the old town close to restaurants and main landmarks.
I recently stayed at the Europa for a business and leisure trip to Bucharest for 10 days. I did not have a clue as to where the location of the hotel was, but when I got there I found it was in Old Town, the liveliest part of town, easily accessible by just walking a few steps out the lobby door. Staff was great, very helpful and acomodating. Room was well maintained. Really like that the doors to the balcony are soundproof, so one can simply block the noise from the street. Overall, it was a great value for the price and location. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and return in the future.
The restaurant connected to the hotel was overpriced and the owner is not a very friendly person.
I was on business and just wanted a clean centrally located hotel and this perfect for my stay
Clean, silky sheets. Pleasant room. Wonderful location. Price of extras very clear. Bathroom perfect. A lovely place to stay.
A/C was kind of noisy the first night, but when we turned it off the second night, the room was quiet.
* Located on the edge of the Old Town - walking distance to sights and lots of dining/drinking options. * Rooms on 4th floor gives outlook over the square - double glazing ensures that street noise is not an issue * Free wifi throughout hotel * Comfortable beds
It is not possible for a taxi to get right to the hotel door. Not an issue if you are fit/active and/or have little luggage, but something to consider if you wish to avoid having to carry your bags 50 m to/from the square.
Everything was nice. Very new and clean rooms. Good Location to the city.
Perfect location – very close to the centre with all bars and restaurant, but far enough not to suffer from the noise. Very comfortable connection with airport -by bus. Good air-condition.
Breakfast – very small choice and every day the same. Good for those staying one night only. Very slow WiFi.
I loved the location close to the old city which was packed with people every night.
My room although double was located on the 5th floor and was smaller than my friends which was on the 3rd floor.
