there were fruits in the room

Every time I was taking a shower there was a flooding in the bathroom. In plus, there was always a strong bad smell.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the old town. Very nice building (old and picturesque but well preserved). Excellent room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast very good (with buffet).

Location, quality furniture, big room, comfortable bed, central heating and ac.

The bathroom appliances are a bit tired, for example the shower cubicle and head should be replaced, they're old. The water sipped from under the shower flooding the bathroom floor. The tv needs updating (no lcd).

I didn't really like anything in particular. The hotel was fit for purpose, an overnight stay.

I thought the bed or the bedroom floor was a bit slant.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room.

The maids skipped a couple of days cleaning my room. I am not sure if this was intentional. I didn't mind, as I don't require the room to be cleaned every day. The breakfast was only average. The breakfast coffee was not very good.

European breakfast was very good but items for American breakfast were lacking. More fruit would be nice.

Amabilitatea personalului. Terasa apartamentului. Faptul ca s-a facut zilnic curatenie in camera. Florile proaspete care le-am gasit in camera.

Baia: Miros specific canalizarii. Pete negre pe marginea caditei de dus (posibil mucegai).

Curatenie, mic dejun bogat, relativ aproape de plaja si de centrul orasului, locul de parcare disponibil

Amabilitatea personalului, curatenia si atentia la detalii, amenajarea camerelor, amplasarea langa plaja.

Zgomotul masinilor poate fi motiv de disconfort.

Conditii si servicii hoteliere excelente. Mic dejun foarte bun. Personalul hotelului foarte amabil. Un hotel foarte potrivit atat pentru sejur de placere, cat si pentru delegatie sau afaceri.

Amplasare foarte buna, foarte curat si confortabil. Personal amabil.

Foarte putine locuri de parcare

Camerele sunt spatioase.

Amplasarea,curatenia,micul dejun,personalul.Un hotel care depaseste multe colege de breasla cu inclusiv mai multe stele pe firmament.Un hotel cum rar intalnesti pe segmentul de categoria respectiva.Amplasarea excelenta fata de centru,faleza si zona veche a orasului.Camera curata,aerisita,chiar prea tare de ac-ul lasat deschis ptr a intampina oaspetii corespunzator pe timp de canicula,mini barul destul de bine aprovizionat si cu preturi decente.Ideal ptr cei care fac turism de week,se deplaseaza cu masina proprie si carora nu le place neaparat vanzoleala de pe faleza din mamaia.

Amplasarea langa plaja Modern si portul Tomis

Nu il recomand persoanelor care vor sa faca plaja in Mamaia deoarece este foarte departe.

Amplasare excelenta , curatenie, personal de calitate.

Parcare insuficienta.
