The hotel interiors, facilities and service are at a very high standards. It was a pleasure to stay there.

We loved it . it is in the most beautiful location, superb food, superb staff, superb rooms, this is a little gem !!! but be aware of no no laundry service , even though they did arrange for us , a really great place to stay, best accommodation you will find in Romania

I had the best New Year party in this hotel . All was perfect , suite , restaurant , entertainment . Very friendly staff .

Parking too busy in this time and quiet small

- price paid on booking, much higher than what the hotel offers on the spot, despite being the only guests of the hotel especially on first night of booking. Surprisingly, we had to pay reservation price, which was obviously unfair... - fewer than expected choices at breakfast; this was more or less basic - no courtyard - this would prove more valuable during summer, and no facilities for kids

Big surprice to me. One of the nicest hotel I stayed ever - very cosy, nice design, high standard. All this for very reasonable price. Also the position of the hotel - close to castles - is perfect. Definitelly very nice romantic place... need to come back again. Wi-fi in the room as in other areas of the hotel,

only the opportunity I would see in the availability of the turistics materials - maps etc. There was nothing so had to look in other big hotels in the city. Partially compensated by Wi-fi.

This place is really value for money. Quiet location in the forest, very clean and comfortable 5 star rooms. Breakfast is average though.

We were looking for a place to relax, and this hotel, so conveniently built near the forest and close to the ski gondola lift, was the ideal place. Hotel was very nice and comfortable, people were really friendly, and we liked the room with the balcony and its forest view. It rained most of the time, so it was important to have a cozy place to sit and relax. There were some good dishes we tried in the hotel's restaurant as well.

It was a little cold during our stay, so a warming up a little the rooms would have been ideal.

Big room,big bathroom, very good finishes. Table and 2 armchairs in the balcony. Very good restaurant, excellent breakfast. Very good location.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were told that because the hotel was full we were upgraded to a suite with no additional charge. The room was very nice and comfortable. The shower was a rain shower with music and cool lights. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was good quality. Breakfast was good. Location is a 15 min walk down hill to Peles castle.

Very nice luxury hotel, deserves 4 starts. Clean and spacious rooms with excelente service provide a real 4 stars pleasure and when you include good restaurant and private parking, satisfaction is complete.

A nice hotel in a quite area. The rooms are well equipped and the stuff is helpful and nice.

Personalul este indatoritor si foarte amabil. Camera este frumoasa, curatenia impecabila. Hotelul este frumos, ambiental. Ne-am simtit foarte bine si vom reveni curand.

colazione abbastanza povera considerando l'elevata qualità di tutto il resto.

Personalul, amenajarea camerelor, dotarile - impecabile. Nu lipseste nimic, de la halate pana la periute de dinti, de la patut si sala de joaca pentur copii pana la spa si relaxare pentru parinti. Localizarea este superba. Per total, locul perfect pentru o vacanta fara griji.

Un singur scaunel pentru copii la micul dejun (sunt sigur ca se va remedia). Zgomotul de la petrecerea din restaurant pana la miezul noptii (copilul nostru a avut probleme in a dormi pana atunci) - sper ca a fost doar o exceptie, dupa cum a sustinut personalul foarte amabil.
