Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht --- da aber relativ klein --- dann ein Appartment gemietet, was von der Ausstattung und Größe preisangemessen war. Das war problemlos möglich. Ansonsten haben wir das Hotel wegen der Lage gebucht. Leider war das gesamte Hotel nicht wie erforderlich beheizt !! Das ist ein generelles Versorgungsproblem in der Stadt !! Man sollte aber erwarten können, dass ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen eine eigene Heizungsversorgung hat. Auf unsere Reklamation hin, hat man uns einen elektrisch betriebenen Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück ist relativ bescheiden von der Auswahl ausgefallen. Es gab z.B. keinen Früchtetee für das Kind.

De kamer was netjes. Er was een nette sauna die nog om 22.00 werd aangezet voor mij. Het restaurant was prima: kwaliteit/prijs. Live music is meestal te hard, maar hier viel dat mee. Kleinigheden: deur van de badkamer sluit niet. Hinderlijk gebrom / gezoem op tweede verdieping. Wireless internet op 2e verdieping werkte niet (maar bij receptie gelukkig wel). Verlichting buiten bij entree laat te wensen over.
