A trip into the waterways. No answers to phone calls and e mails. None of the locals knew where it was as we tried to locate it on arrival. Poor communication on board. No introduction to facilities on board. Music throughout boat pounding away on first evening. Isolated position by electricity pylons. Poor value for evening meal. Had to keep knocking on staff door for service. Had seek out information ourselves. Once on hotel boat you couldn't reach Crisan without arranging a transfer boat which was charged for. Water pumps pumped away through the night. Bad sewer smells in cabin. We booked for three nights, paid for three nights but left after two. |

The place is amazing The Hotel is in Crisan and not in Tulcea. The distance from Tulcea to Crisan is about 20Km and is not possible to go by car o taxi. Is possible only by ship... |

Que es un hotel flotante,algo distinto a lo que estamos acostumbrados,el personal super-amable y ambiente muy familiar. Solamente que está mal especificado donde tienes que coger el barco y falta de información de como ir hasta Crisan,que es donde se encuentra el barco. |

Proximité avec la nature (et pour cause, l'hotel est situé au coeur du Delta) et activités intéressantes. Le prix de la navette pour aller sur l'hotel à partir du port de Tulcea n'est pas compris dans les prix du site ainsi que les boissons dans le petit déjeuner.Les prix des repas sont un peu chers. |

Es simplemente un timo. No te dicen que el hotel esta en el rio a 30 km de Tulcea, que para ir te llevan en una barrca, pero volver te dejan tirado en un muelle para que cojas transporte por tu cuenta, sin explicaciones. Te obligan a cenar, sin siquiera preguntar ya que no hay ningún otro sitio para cenar si no dispones de barco tuyo, y por supuesto te cobran la cena al precio que les da la gana y no hay menus altermnativos ni carta. En concluusión lo que recomiendo de este hotel es no reservar en él. |

le cadre car le reste laisse vraiment a désiré et les prix sont déraisonnables pour les prestations proposées. la facturation fantaisiste a la tête du client et une distance de transfert anormalement longue sans oublier une nourriture immangeable pour un touriste occidental moyen |

nice, good meals, very quiet it has to be specificated that the hotel is not in the city of Tulcea, but in 50 km inside the Delta, so it is important to consider to take a boat to go there (the last regular boat leaves Tulcea at 18h) |
