All perfect, hotel staff was very helpfull. Room was very clean and breakfast is ok, much better than other hotels in Constanta. |

Very good location, clean and comfortable rooms, good facilities, nice breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were really enjoyed our staying there. |

Ne-am simtit foarte bine, personalul foarte dragut, micul dejun de asemena foarte consistent. Ar tebui putin mai multa atentie la baie, curge apa pe langa dus in momentul folosirii dusului si te trezesti cu o balta mare de apa la picioare. |

Mi-a placut micul dejun, personalul hotelului, camera in general precum si faptul ca am avut un loc pentru masina in parcare. Este un hotel foarte bun pentru o calatorie de afaceri. Cred ca ar trebui insistat mai mult pe curatenia din camera. |

La disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel, le restaurant d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, la propreté. Toutes les suites 2 pièces donnent sur la rue principale qui est extrêmement bruyante. |

La plecarea din camera am putut sa lasam aerul conditionat pornit. Micul dejun. Unele alimente nu erau de cea mai buna calitate. Era mai departe de plaja decat crezuseram initial. |

Учтивый персонал и то, что отель новый. Усовершенствовать поздно- большие промахи были допущены в планировании и оснащении номеров: красивая но непрактичная, быстро вышедшая из строя душевая кабина с джакузи, неудобный мини-бар, непродуманное освещение номера, нерациональное размещение включателей, полотенцесушителей и фена в ванной комнате. |

Atitudinea personalului a fost exceptionala, nici un repros la adresa lor. Pozitia hotelului este de asemenea ok. Mai multe locuri de parcare. |

La calidad de atención al cliente. Mucha atención a las necesidades del cliente. Cubrieron en todo momento las necesidades y me brindaron mucha atención y simpatía. El desayuno muy completo y muy bueno. El baño muy aseado y cuenta con una ducha hidromasageadora muy interesante. |

Gli ottimi servizi offerti (internet wireless, tv plasma, doccia jacuzzi), la pulizia, l'abbondante buffet della colazione, la comodità della posizione (ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e vicino alla spiaggia), il personale molto cordiale e professionale. |
