The Hotel is new and clean. Everything was OK this time! We slept in room 213, we would like to tell the managment of the hotel, to check the plates/tails in the shower near the crane, there will be problems in the future. Last time we slept on the 7 floor and there was a problemm with the airco. |

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us in every way. We chose this hotel because it advertised a fitness room, sauna, etc. They are in the process of finishing these rooms (due to it is a brand new hotel). But do not advertise these features if they are not ready for use. We were very disappointed that we were not able to work out. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooie verzorgde kamers, ontbijt was zeer verzorgd naar Roemeense normen. Beste hotel van Cluj. Hotle ligt niet op wandelafstand van het centrum. Je moet een taxi nemen. |

Am stat o singura noapte si nu am avut timp sa beneficiez de toate facilitatile ofertite de hotelul Golden Tulip Ana Dome. Cu sigutanta o sa-l recomand si la alte persoane Da, pentru produsele din bar : vinuri ,bere :tirbuson si desfacator .Pentru baie :papuci si halat pentru 2 persoane (noi am stat 2 persoane si am avut un singur halat de baie) |

Nieuw hotel met prachtige kamers en uitstekend personeel Doordat het hotel net open was, waren er nog geen/weinig andere gasten. Ik was enige gast in het restaurant en dan staan er 3 obers je aan te staren !!!!! |

alles, vom empfang, zimmer, restaurant......alles super die steuerung der belüftung, obwohl man alles ausgeschalten hat, ist wahnsinnig kalte luft gekommen, war einfach zu kalt......bei 19 grad....das hatten sie nicht im griff und konnten auch nix tun............(( |
