The spa (sauna, whirlpool, steam bath) is not included in the price. The breakfast is nice, but it could be better for this price. It s possible to find the same for cheaper

Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms are very clean and sound-proofed more than enough. The bed was not too soft, not too hard, just perfect. This hotel has also smoking rooms, which is great for smokers. Hot water is available 24/7 and shower pressure is high, which is more and more difficult to find especially in West European hotels.I did not have any problem to park the car (for free) on hotel's reserved parking places just in front of the entry.Don't be afraid to test the restaurant. The prices are very decent for the food and service quality (50 Euro for a 2 person fancy dinner) and the view is lovely. Minibar prices are lower than in many other Romanian hotels, so don't be afraid to use it. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time. I am still surprised to find a hotel in Romania with such high standards available for every client for just 70E/night. Congratulations, Golden Tulip!

As in my previous visit, I had to ask at the reception for a second bathrobe in the room, but it was solved very fast. I still don't understand why every time there are 2 peers of slippers, but only one bathrobe in the closet since the room is booked for 2 people. Also it was a little too cold in the restaurant in the evening, which could be unpleasant for a lady in dress.This are very small details that can be solved easily.

10 minutes from historic city

Very clean hotel, with big rooms and good facilities. A big + for 11th floor restaurant with its nice view of the city.

Unfortunately the air conditioning system has some disturbing noises coming from a ceiling vent.

It was a very pleasant surprise to find in Romania a 4 stars hotel which is above many 4 stars hotels from other countries, like Germany, Austria and especially France.First of all, the staff was very friendly and very helpful, check in was very fast and my bill was already prepared in an envelope.Then, there are enough parking places just in front of the hotel and I did not have any problem to park. I don't mind to walk 200m since I was not born in a car like many others.The room was very comfortable and modern: good quality&modern design furniture, sound- proofed (even if it was a party at 11th floor, I did not hear it much at the 7th floor room). Bathrobe and slippers were included in the standard room price (try to find this in Western Europe hotels for the same price!). The bed was king size, not to soft, not to hard with 4 very good pillows.They also have discrete lighting lines that can be used during night to find the bathroom (you can turn them off too). Now...the bathroom was big enough for 2 people, it was very clean and hot water was available 24/7 with high pressure.Breakfast was very good, European style (coffee, tea, eggs, cereals, salami, cheese, cakes, fruits and some local very good stuff).The breakfast was served at 11th floor in a medium size room with very large windows that will allow you too enjoy the city view and mountains in all directions during your meal.We did not have lunch or dinner because of our schedule, but we will try them next time for sure.The Atmosphere bar was relatively small, but the service was perfect and the prices were very decent (10 euros for 2 coffees, a glass of vine and an orange fresh juice). Also the minibar prices were very decent (same as in any Romanian decent bar).The least, but not the last, I need to mention the very nice design of public spaces!Good job, Golden Tulip Ana Tower! Please,please, stay at this level and don't go down as many others 4 stars hotel from Europe and Romania!

The minibar price list was missing. Also, only one bathrobe was in the room at the beginning, but the problem was solved in 5 minutes.

The room was very very clean, the bathroom as well. I liked the modern design of the entire hotel. They have a very fast elevator with a spectacular view of the city. The breakfast has a lot of variety amd also traditional romanian specialities. And you can have it at the 11th floor. Very quiet and with the parking there's no problem.

Hotel Golden Tulip is really place to recommend.. First when my husband and I arrived very friendly staff informed us that they upgrade our room, so we stayed in double larger and more luxurious room that we expect. The view from the room was great, room was very comfortable, spacious, perfectly clean with nice bathroom. Breakfast is also very good: the city view while you have your meal makes it even better :) We also relaxed at spa & had massage and enjoyed it. Next time when we come to Sibiu we are going to stay in Golden Tulip again, because this modern hotel with good servises, great location and very friendly staff deserve 4 stars rating for hotel, maybe even more.

A NEW HOTEL WITH A VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE PERSONAL .

We had a13 days trip around Romania, most of the nights we spent in quite good different hotels, but we have to admit that this is, by far, the best We even had there a very good dinner in the roof restourant

The staff from restaurant where we served our breakfast. There was no cocoa powder. When we asked for separate cocoa with milk, they didn't even have such a thing, wich from our point of view it's unacceptable. The second day we asked again...and...nothing. The fruits were not fresh. The cofee was served by the waiter on demand.

design, quietness

Simply amazing. Probably the best place I've stayed in lately. Excellent room, not extremely big but well furnished and organized. The bed was confortable enough to wish you could sleep there every night. Wi Fi connection works perfectly in the room, without signal losses. The public park outside the hotel is reserved for guests, but it's not guarded during the night. Very close to the city center but still in a quite position. Supreme breakfast, with a good choice of both sweet and salted things.

It's definitely difficult to find something to complain about.
