Nothing. For a four star hotel, the facilities were woefully limited. Beds were badly made, rooms very small, electrical items did not function or didn't work properly. It is a glorified (and not very good) B&B. |

The hotel was close to center and therefore within walking distance from various happenings and the metro, too. The hotel has all the services and facilities needed for a city visitor. The reception staff was very talented and helpful but some service-minded attitude and language capability still could be added to the kitchen people serving e.g. breakfast. |

the location of the hotel close to the center is very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Apart from the carpet the cleanliness of the room was good The carpet in the room was too dirty and the mattress was to soft, but overall it was fine. |

Clean, quiet room, good and fast internet connection Don't like the personnel carrying my bags without asking. There was no parking/stopping place outside the hotel. The toilet seat was installed the wrong way (doesn't stay up). |

Les chambres sont jolies et accueillante. L'hotel est bien situé dans le centre de la ville. Les commerces, restaurants, bars.. sont accessibles même à pied. Le service est non stop. Le service de navette aéroport proposé par l'hotel est hors de prix (25€ le trajet soit 4 fois plus cher qu'un taxi !!!). Le service à l'acceuil est correct mais "minimum" (Question - Réponse). Connection internet ne marchait pas et pas résolu. Le boulevard est bruyant, les fenetres sont simple vitrage. La lumière de la rue entre très facilement dans la chambre, les rideaux ne suffisent pas. Le choix au petit déjeuner est trop restreint pour un 4*. La présentation de l'hotel laissait penser qu'il y avait accès à salle de sport privée (mais c'est à l'extérieur de l'hotel à 5min). Les boissons en chambre sont chers (3€ la petit bouteille d'eau !). Globalement le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez vous. C'est un hotel <3* mais pas 4* |

Die gute Lage und die tolle Aussicht aus dem 8. Stockwerk. Die Fensterisolation ist nicht ausreichend. Dementsprechend laut war es im Zimmer (Verkehrslärm). |

Apenas a sua localização numa das principais rua da cidade. Ha muito a aperfeiçoar neste hotel que ostenta a marca Golden Tulip. Não tem restaurante. Sala de Peq. Almoços/Bar/Snack-Bar funciona tudo no mesmo espaço da Recepção. Limpeza e manutenção muito deficiente nos quartos. |

J'ai apprécié la proximité avec le centre de Bucarest, du métro, le confort de l'hôtel lorsqu'il s'agit d'un voyages d'affaires. Le personnel est agréable et à votre disposition. Les chambres sont agréables et très propres. Prix du vin aux repas. 3 fois le prix de celui en chambre. |
