Studio OK, cheap, good location. The outside of the hotel is horrible (and also the corridor). I did not find the reception so I had to call before doing the check-in/check-out. |

Although I booked a studio, I was given a one room apartment, spacious, clean and comfortable in a very good location in a city center. The building is old and a bit smelly but so are almost all the buildings in the city center. I was requested by e-mail to inform the check-in hour in advance and all the check-in process took less than 15 minutes, from the moment I phoned to confirm that I arrived in the area until I got the keys. All in one, a very positive experience. |

in the middle of the city This is not a hotel apartment, but an apartment which is in the middle of the city, old building, promised for a free airport transfers, but then he charged me 20 euro on arrival!!! |

central location; pretty large apartment; clean apartment; modern furniture; large TV set in the living room; A/C both in living room and bedroom. I must mention that I stayed just one night. noise from the street (though it's situated at 9th floor, the noise from the central bulevard - Magheru- is very loud); at shower it was an instant machine that makes hot water so the pressure is not very high |

Overall, a very nice apartment in the perfect location. Flexible via email/telephone communication. Owner has an office in the same apartment block which is handy. Bath was a little small and bathroom smelled a little (possible leak?). Wasn't made clear to telephone the owner on arrival and that the office is in the same building. |

Newly deocrated, clean apartment, 9th floor with balcony, very nice Bed a bit hard, apartment not where specified in listing, need to have individual listings for each apartment they offer (it was just round the corner so didnt matter too much depends how picky you are) |

Good location (close to the main atractions of BUH, as well as to the good restaurants & supermarket); well equipped appartments. All in all - very good value for money! Outside appearance of the building - shabby "socialist-type" appartment store. On the other hand, it could be regarded positively: as an experience in itself :), because one can get an impression of life of a "common bucurestian" :) |

Free pick up from train station at 7am. Owner spoke good english. The location was very central. Apartment very clean and extremely well equppied. Larger than we expected. Would definitely recommend. |

The best from this apartment is that is very well placed in the Bucarest centre, next to Universitate Place. You can visit the city by walking. The worst is that the apartment it wasn't that we saw in the photos in internet. The quality it wasn't as good as we saw in the internet. |

The owner was fluent in English and very friendly, even picking us up when we could not find the apartment at no extra cost. Apartment located in very center of Bucharest, few minutes walk from parliament building. The free internet was not working, air conditioning was weak and only present in one room so other room was very hot. |

We stayed only for one night but we've been glad to discover a very nice designed flat with new furniture and new renovated walls. Very large bedroom and bathroom as weel. Even the location is in very central part of the city, the building is an old comunist apartments block and the building lobby could look quite strange. But for a short city trip is a very goot place to stay. |

apartment was nice n centrally located with all facilities,i would like to stay in same appartment whenever i'll be there again. on booking site,check out time was mentioned untill 06.00pm,but on reality when i reached there,i was told by management that check out time is 12.00. i couldn't understand why it was mentioned different time on booking site. |

Accesul usor la "hard core"-ul Bucurestiului In suite nu am gasit: -lista cu serviciile/tarifele extra (DVD, CD); - nu exista masa de calcat; - transferul bagajelor este dificil in/din suite (fara elevator, traseu lung de la intrarea in imobill pana la suite: scari/ coridor /scari.); -caloriferele au functionat la cca.30% din necesar (temperatura interioara, 16 grade C !!!); - incasarea costului sejurului s-a facut la o cotatie a EUR exagerat de mare fata de cele practicate de bancile comerciale in 17-18 dec 2009, adica 164 lei/37EUR (o zi turistica) > 1EUR=4,4324 !!!, fara a se elibera chitanta ... |
