Better read what I didn't first ;) big room, nicely furbished, well equipped bathroom, good restaurant, spa and pool ok, enough parking places Big issues with hotel personnel, rude and not well intentioned. We booked the apartment in order to have 3 sleeping places and we were aware that one of us will sleep on an extendable couch. What we were not aware of is that the couch is going to be broken in 2 (literally) and that we would have to spend one hour explaining to the receptionist that it is not a proper place to sleep on. We were suggested they bring some books to place them under the broken half and make it even, we were given 3 covers to make it softer and in the end on a speaker-phone call we were told by one of the receptionist's colleagues that the couch is indeed unusable and I quote " girl, that couch is like an ass". This is why after this whole trouble she came with the card for a new room, only that this was located next to the reception were during the entire night it sounded like a party was going on, obviously intentionally... Too bad. One more remark - in the morning a lady from (what looked like) the kitchen was at the reception desk and she did not know what "checkout" means :) Phonetically it sounds like "what am I looking for?" In Romanian so she asked me: "What?" :)))

Hotelul are sauna, piscina interioara si jacuzzi (excelente pentru perioade cu vreme inchisa), prosoapele sunt schimbate zilnic, iar restaurantul hotelului are un meniu variat, mancare foarte bine gatita, preturi foarte bune si servire ireprosabila. Camera cam mica.

Camera acceptabila ca dotari si curatenie. Parcarea mult subdimensionata; Demi-pensiunea execrabila : preturi uriase si mancare fff proasta; Daca ai ghinionul sa prinzi o camera cu vedere spre spatele restaurantului, ai toate sansele ca toate miasmele sa-ti intre in camera prin geamul deschis, nemaivorbind de zgomot. Pt 630 ron pt doua zile cu demipensiune, concluzia : Tzeapa in cel mai pur stil romanesc! Ma mir f tare ca site-ul booking.com, pe care-l stiam respectabil, poate include in oferta astfel de locatii!! NU RECOMAN AMPLASAMENTUL DECAT IN CAZ DE FORTA MAJORA!!

Este un hotel super ok mai ales pentru 3 stele. Positionarea este buna ajungând foarte repede la plaja sau in centrul orașului. Camerele subt curate si spatioase. Lipsa locurilor de parcare.

Lenjeria si prosoapele se schimbau in fiecare zi , dar asta cred ca este normal pentru un hotel de 3 stele . Sauna si jacuzzi erau functionale . Jacuzzi nefiind insa cu circuit , uneori apa era murdara. Camera noastra era chiar la parter , in fata iesirii de la bucataria hotelului iar uneori dupa orele 22.00 , personalul hotelului se aduna afara si se radea si vorbea foarte tare. Camera destul de mica , fara zona de relaxare si LCD asa cum era confirmat in rezervare intiala. Departe de plaja debarcader care este de fapt zona de interes din Eforie Nord si plaja cea mai larga . Plaja care se mentioneaza ca este la aproximativ 300 metri de hotel nu este ok din punctul meu de vedere , este foarte aglomerata si ingusta . Personalul nu este foarte instruit si este inflexibil ( am cerut sa se investigheze daca pot renunta la o noapte dintre cele rezervate - se putea spune ca macar se incearca , dar s-a spus din start ca nu este posibil).

Camera este moderna, cu mobila noua, si frumoasa Dus nu avea apa calda, usa de la camera nu se deschidea, au schimbat iala in timpul sejur fara se ne spuna, cartela nu a mers..... deci dezastru......

Zona de spa, patul, lenjeria curata, bucataria Probleme cu apa calda, faptul ca nu aveti plasa la fereastra si de indata ce deschideam fereastra pentru aerisire ne innabuseau insectele.

Camerele sunt elegante, frumos mobilate si cu un pat confortabil. Distanta fata de plaja este foarte mare, nicidecum asa cum este precizata in descrierea hotelului, iar aceasta plaja este una secundara, ingusta si fara facilitati. Galagie mare in restaurantul hotelului, unde au loc nunti si petreceri. Am avut neplacuta surpriza de a vedea un angajat al hotelului care spala terasa dupa nunta ratoindu-se la un turist cazat in hotel si aflat la micul-dejun, turist care l-a atentionat pe angajat ca-l stropeste cu furtunul cu ajutorul caruia spala pe jos, iar acest angajat la jignit in toate felurile posibile, sub ochii unui superior al sau care ranjea asezat la alta masa. Baia este extrem de mica, iti dai cu usa peste picioare cand o deschizi, pt ca nu ai loc sa te feresti din calea ei.
