Hello Hotel is a 5 mins walk from the Bucharest Nord Central Train Station and the main downtown is an easy 20 mins walk away. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are somewhat basic and small and are best suited to a short stay. Nevertheless it is comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. There is good air conditioning in the room.

The staff were very helpful and helped us book a tour of the Palace, even though it was very last minute. My main complaint would be the breakfast. It was just a pile of stale bread (no cheese/ham/salami/fresh fruit) and wasnt worth the money.

Good hotel for transiting ppl only... Was there for 6 h only. Friendly staff. Very good for the price. Very clean as well Small room and towels wore missing. As well the blanket although very clean was very short

Hello Hotel reminded me of Tune Hotel, only much roomier & icluded the towels, & TV.Excellent. well priced accommodation very close to Budapest's main train station, & I would wholeheartedly recommend Hello Hotel. The lengthy check-in process. Needed extra staff.

brilliant hotel for the affordable price. modern and clean room, and only 2 minutes walk from the main train station. we walked into the center one night which was about 20-30 mins walk, but not far in a taxi either - just be careful about taxis charging excessively for tourists! Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely reccomend it.

We needed a place to stay right near the train station in order to go to the airport the next day. Staff were professional and helpful. The room was very clean and had some TV channels in English.

The hotel looks quite new, so clean. Perfectly located: 3 minutes walk from subway (main line m1), 5 minutes from train station, 1/2 h drive from Otopeni airport… Pleasant and helpful staff. It is definitely an economic hotel, so don’t expect too much! More an Etap Hotel, than an Ibis (which is right next to Hello Hotel). Very light and thin quilt. Window’s curtains not very effective, nor practical. Towels size xxs (do not try to put it around your waist, even if you are lean as a sheet of paper :-)). Breakfast insufficient (very very small French breakfast)!

I liked the non-smoking rooms, free wireless internet, window that opens, English television channels, and the desk. The smoking in the lobby where the cafe was located. It was difficult to breath, plus the staff was smoking at the desk too. I was really upset when the hotel didn't accept credit cards for three days, because I had to get cash from my credit card, which charges ATM withdraw fees. Also, I would've saved money if the hotel accepted credit cards. I wish the hotel had a separate entrance for people who have breathing or asthma problems, because there are no 100% smoke-free hotels in Bucharest. It would be very nice if the hotel cafe had it's own entrance and was separated by a glass wall.

Big, warm rooms. Very clean. Close to subway, station and bus-stops. Excellent tea. Hotel rooms are safe (the elevator will not start for non- residents) The bathroom (shower and toilet) are separated from the room by only one three-quarters glass door. Quite uncomfortable when sharing the room with someone who is not your "better half".

Simple clean basic accomodation - excellent value. Close to main station so perfect for transit. And they have smoking rooms... So no hanging out the window for that last gasp!! Will be back again soon...
