The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Very inexpensive hotel, but clean and fine for short stays.

Value for Money Cleaness

The shower is basically in the room and pretty much the same holds for the toilet. A little more privacy would be nice by fitting a normal door at least for the toilet.

Nothing, the worst vatiant value for money!

We booked the room though booking.com 1 week before. When we arrived the administrator told us that they gave our room to other people because we came later than the beginning of check-in time and that's the police of the hotel. As a result we were offered to stay in the room with a strong smell of cigarettes (with a child) for smoking persons. In case if we refused form the room they'll take money from the card in any case. And that's a question to the booking.com: how can I refuse from the reservation if the hotel offers unsuitable room? In the room: extremely small room, it was too cold and too thin quilts, almost symbolical door between toilet and the space of the room (the same thing with shower), noisy (too thin walls between rooms). Breakfast (which should be paid separate): tea, coffee or juice, bread, butter and 2-3 kinds of jam. That's it. Breakfast is served in smoking area, there are some tables in no smoking area nearby, but with the same smell of cigarettes. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff: we had to bring what we need for the kid's bed from the reception to the room and nobody explained us that we should use a card to move the lift, ect.

The hotel was clean and nice for the money that we paid (25eur/night per room).

The location - near Gara De Nord central railway station which was disgusting. Prostitutes and Gypsies all around the hotel. Not a good neighborhood at all!! Dirty and around 40min by walk to the center, but at least the metro was right in front of the hotel. The bathroom (as all previous comments) is literally in the room!

Nice price, nice place and nice staff.

The hotel looks quite new, so clean. Perfectly located: 3 minutes walk from subway (main line m1), 5 minutes from train station, 1/2 h drive from Otopeni airport… Pleasant and helpful staff.

It is definitely an economic hotel, so don’t expect too much! More an Etap Hotel, than an Ibis (which is right next to Hello Hotel). Very light and thin quilt. Window’s curtains not very effective, nor practical. Towels size xxs (do not try to put it around your waist, even if you are lean as a sheet of paper :-)). Breakfast insufficient (very very small French breakfast)!
