everything was ok, except a bit the wi-fi, which was not available in room; just this thing to improve
Nice place! The room the private sau a and the location just great !!!
Locația. Hotelul. Personalul. Totul
The pension is great, has a great design, with a historic charm. The receptionist with short hair (I think her name is Eva) is excellent. She is really helpful and very polite. Good parking.
The blonde receptionist is terrible. She speaks like she is always disgusted. She is not helpful and she's very rude. Answers all questions in 2 words and has no shame to roll her eyes in front of you, if she doesn't like your question. Our room didn't have a DND sign.
Location, large rooms, friendly staff
The price! !
friendly staff, easy to find location, spacious rooms and cleans.
Great view; Good breakfast;
Wi-Fi signal was very low in the room; Remote control was not working;
Kindness of staff
Poor breakfast Very hard bed
Friendly staff, clean and elegant rooms, great location!
very kind staff very nice area (ski resort, fresh air, Woods, ...) very good breakfast good internet connection (also in the room) 9/10 !
Every thing :)
They must bring a LED TV instead of the old TV
Two words: wonderful hotel !
Unprofessional staff, no wifi in the room wich for a 5 star is unacceptable, breackfast poor
Loved the facilities-very clean and comfortable with style! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Found out when we got there that there were a few hotels that were closer to the slope, but it was really only about a 5-10 min walk to the slopes so it was not a big deal. Also a plus that they had a pretty big DVD selection to offer-great way to relax after a long day at the slopes.
The food at the restaurant was not amazing. The breakfast was pretty basic-eggs, cheese, meat, veggies, cereal. We got the impression it would be more extensive. Ordered the corn soup one night-it was VERY salty and tasted like it came from an instant mix. We are vegetarian so we did not try the meat however...
The stuff were very nice and helpful, breakfast is fresh and tasty, rooms are big, clean and pleasant with a nice view to the mountain. warmly recommended!
On arrival, the receptionist Adriana, immediately informed us that we couldn't have a room yet as the laundry had not arrived. We had driven hundreds of miles to get to Brasov, and made sure that we followed their check in procedure by arriving after 2pm, we arrived around 3.15. As soon as my Romanian partner began to speak about the situation in Romanian to her, she started to be rude. Saying it wasn't her fault, what did we expect her to do. My partner asked her if it was his fault? Which she just shrugged. I had to ask for a room as we were very tired. So we were given a room on the first floor directly above the main entrance. After an hour we asked if we could move to another room, and Adriana said we could move As long as we hadn't used the toilet or touched anything inside the room, which was very dusty anyway. If this is how they treat guests, I would ask anyone to avoid staying here, there are so many better hotels who want your custom. When we checked out, the manager told us, we specifically asked for a high floor room which wasn't ready when we arrived,so essentially it was our fault.
1- Good location. 2- Parking 3- General structure. 4- Staff from reception
1- Staff from restaurant (one of them). 2- Breakfast 3- Replacement of breakfast 4- Daily housekeeping 5- Bed for kid was just a improvised bed and not a Bedroom with extra bed.Terrible! The bed was broken.
The room was clean with a nice view over the mountains.
Breakfast is poor, staff unfriendly. We asked for a matrimonial bed but only got 2 twin beds. They claim they are a 5 stars hotel but in fact they are 3. And I think the overall price is to high for the services they offer, better book something else.
We enjoyed the breakfast and staff was very helpful. The rooms are very warm there are plenty of TV channels, including a DVD players and some DVDs you can rent from the reception.
There is no wifi at the 2nd floor, we could only connect to it at the ground floor. Some walls are rather thin, we could overhear the loud neighbors watching a movie.
The pension is really good positioned and the sourroundings are wonderfull. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The pension/ hotel is rated as having 5 stars but in practice is a 3 star hotel. This thing is proved also by the certificate ppsted in the reception which indicates 3 stars and not 5. In a 5 star hotel in each room should exist a mini bar, the breaksfast should be well prepared - at this location not evn the coffee served from the house can be drink. The overall experience is of a 2-3 star hotel; the overall services should be improved a lot.
it is nearly for ski.
breakfest is poor,
