The two restaurants of Otopeni Comfort Hotel, "Rustic" and "International" dispose of a total capacity of 230 places.

Food & beverage

There are two restaurants - international restaurant and a romanian traditional restaurant. We invite you to try your favorite cocktail at the Day Bar in the hotel lobby. In the summer time you can spend an excellent evening at our Summer Garden, near the Rustic Restaurant.

We booked a junior suite and it was huge.

It's not a really fancy hotel however value for money is good.

On the site was written that the hotel has a shutle free bus to transfer between airport and hotel. When I booked, I indicated the flight number an the arrival hour. Well, nobody was there. I called at reception desk and they said "We are sorry, we haven't any available car. Take a taxi!!" My advise: to erase that information from webpage or to guarantee the transfer.

Convenience to airport, free shuttle to airport. Staff was very helpful. I was only there seven hours, departing at 4:00 AM, and was allowed to pay for the room at check-in, thus speeding my departure.

Room was stuffy. Had to open window for ventilation, which exposed to noise of arriving aircraft.

They had a shuttle to the airport

They did not have hair dryers in the room nor one at the desk. They need channel guides for the TV in the room. Beds weren't that great.

1. The shuttle promissed by hotel did'nt arrive at all, I had to take a taxi.2. The air-condition ddi'nt function at all.3. The draunage at bathroom came up and flooded the floor.

Even though the room was not perfect(furniture, air conditioning) , the condition of the bathroom was fairly good.

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was rude. There were not enough explanations about the room. For example, when making the reservation, in the mail I asked for a twin room. Apparently, at Hotel Confort twin room is the same as double room.

I liked that there was a nice restaurant on sight...the shuttle to the airport, but if you see the above answer the shuttle pick up from otp never showed up for me...

location, shuttle to airport

hustle to pay in cash (dollars, not a mixture of dollars and RON) ,staff not interested in a minor problem I had. Have seldom seen a more boring lobby and setting--no shop, nowhere to walk, no diversion during wait for flight except the restaurant, which was okay
