Only the location near the airport The toilet was really dirty,the bed was like u sleeping on rocks ,no internet in the room while in the booking website they said they have. Resturant was bad.....etc

It is a very clean hotel, near to Otopeni airport, and transportation airport-hotel is free; it is the most suitable hotel for a next day early flight. Este un hotel curat, foarte aproape de aeroport, o alegere ideala atunci cand urmatorul zbor este a doua zi foarte dimineata.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff gave excellent service and was always willing to answer a question and arrange things as I needed. I greatly appreciated the transportation service from the airport, even early in the morning. The general atmosphere was very relaxing. I would have preferred pamphlets in the room which explained how to access the in-room wired internet. Also, I would like to see maps of the city and brochures for points of interest among the advertisements in the lobby.

i put a remark on the reservation to picj us from the airport as the hotel supply this service. i also send severaly emails about our arrival and the needed transportation. nobody reply and of course nobody was there to pick us. cost me additional 20E

We have stayed there when it was called Comfort Inn. We like the location between the town and airport. We like the choice of having breakfast included as the hotel is not located close to any eating extablishments. Our rooms were supplied with one bath towel and one hand towel for two people. Both nights we had to ask for additional towels and wash cloths.

Courtesty bus waiting for me at airport even though it was past midnight.Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient for otp airport. Curtains were quite transparent so room was very light in the early morning sunshine - bring eyeshades if you are a light sleeper.

Our reservattion stated ComfortHotel but when we arrived they lodged us at the Rin. We stayed at the Comfort before and we liked it but we were not happy with the quality of the Rin.
