convience to airport I have stayed many times and probably will again because of the airport. But I find they nickle and dime you for everything after providing a decent rate on the room. We had to pay for parkign 3 times. Pay going for dinner, pay when dropping at airport, and pay when leaving hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff gave excellent service and was always willing to answer a question and arrange things as I needed. I greatly appreciated the transportation service from the airport, even early in the morning. The general atmosphere was very relaxing. I would have preferred pamphlets in the room which explained how to access the in-room wired internet. Also, I would like to see maps of the city and brochures for points of interest among the advertisements in the lobby.

We have stayed there when it was called Comfort Inn. We like the location between the town and airport. We like the choice of having breakfast included as the hotel is not located close to any eating extablishments. Our rooms were supplied with one bath towel and one hand towel for two people. Both nights we had to ask for additional towels and wash cloths.

Courtesty bus waiting for me at airport even though it was past midnight.Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient for otp airport. Curtains were quite transparent so room was very light in the early morning sunshine - bring eyeshades if you are a light sleeper.

Our reservattion stated ComfortHotel but when we arrived they lodged us at the Rin. We stayed at the Comfort before and we liked it but we were not happy with the quality of the Rin.

La ubicaciòn cerca del aeropuerto y la atención del personal del hotel. En las habitaciones la conexión a internet es solo por cable,está bien para el portátil pero no puedes conectar el telefono o la tablet.

La proximitat amb l'aeroport d'Otopeni I la relació qualitat-preu de l'habitació. El preu de l'esmortzar (10 euros) molt car , per sobre de la mitjana d'altres hotels de millor categoria de Rumania, I més tenint en compte que és un buffet molt limitat. Es van comprometre a venir-nos a buscar a l'hotel a 1/4 de 12 de la nit, i ens vam tenir que esperat mitja hora, sense donar-nos cap explicació pel retard.

Servicii impecabile pentru cei care pleaca cu avionul de la Otopeni si pentru parcarea auto pe termen lung. Sunt foarte prompti cu transferul la/de la aeroport.
